  1. Junk/phishing/not junk

    Similar to the sorting issue of focused and other, even junk/phishing mails have to be repeatedly selected. If I have selected a mailer once as junk or not junk, why do I have to repeatedly do it weekly. Shouldn't the mailer get selected the first time when I made the selection?? It is really tiresome to keep selecting a mailer as junk or not junk when I have already done this just the previous week. Please fix this.

  2. Sorting mails

    I have to repeatedly move mails into my focused box even though I select "Always move to Focused" box. Kindly look into this feature so we do not have keep repeating this process of moving mails from one box to the other.

  3. Return to the classic version of Outlook.com

    Latest version of Outlook.com does not display in Chrome v49 for Windows XP!

    This just stated happening 5.17.19... prior to that it worked fine. We need a way to revert to the last 'working' version of Outlook or the classic version.

  4. Outlook not working in Chrome under XP

    OK, what have you done to make Outlook stop working in Chrome? I am running XP, and understand that the version of Chrome I'm using is outdated, but that's no excuse. I know you can make a system detect a user's operating system and respond appropriately . I shouldn't have to upgrade my OS to upgrade my browser to read my mail.

  5. Sort emails alphabetically and go to section you choose.

    I would like to sort my emails alphabetically, then read and delete by sender. Could you add a feature to list my emails then allow me the option to select by letter (A to Z) option.

  7. make an option to hide the header information in the read pane.

    The message header information in the reading pane is wasted screen space. Allow the user a setting option to remove the message header information or at least condense the information to a single line.

  10. Can not delete messages

    Can not get contents in the junk folder and deleted folder to actually delete. I right click on the folder and hit delete and they keep reappearing. As a result I have used all my storage and can not receive or send emails

  11. not getting email even in spam folder

    not getting email -- not even in spam, these were new companies I was doing business with and an information (probably gov) so couldn't white list as didn't know what to whitelist under.

    Also, one company I whitelisted keeps getting into spam folder (at least now I'm getting their emails).

  12. add filter for "read" (opposite of "unread")

    The filter options include "unread" but why is the no option for "read" filter. Could you please add it?

    Consider a case where I read something and deleted it. The deleted item is "read" and in a folder where the majority of items in the "deleted" folder are unread (mostly from reviewing the SPAM folder). It would be really useful if I could just filter and show the "read" items especially when I can't remember any other specific search criteria.

  16. PLEASE stop breaking things!

    Please stop breaking your online email tool. There are four crucial things to remember in online email tool design: 1: Backwards compatibility with older browsers, 2: Efficiency/speed, 3: Simplicity (meaning, email tools have been around for decades and should work the way they always have worked), and 4: a good spam filtering. You keep violating the first 3 points in the name of new "features" (read: annoyances). and NOT fixing the dreadfully bad spam filter (it keeps catching a huge number of legitimate emails, rendering it pointless). I can configure some aspects of the third point (trying to keep simplicity)…

  18. No option to confirm which email of a recipient was chosen from dropdown.

    Consider a contact has multiple emails. After selecting that contact as recipient in To field, there is no way to make sure, which email I chose from the dropdown. One simple solution could be, when mouse over on the contact, the name can turn into email with nice animation. After mouse out, it can return back to name.
