Using your contact us by email button on your virtual agent does not work. It just sends me to my email account and gives me no information to contact you. It just opens the help bar which actually isn't very much help

[Suggestion]:Suggestion for pinned email section
Many yrs ago, I think before windows 10, or maybe earlier, the inbox "pinned emails" used to have about 10 pinned emails visible at the top of the screen, and the rest used to hide behind the main inbox. And I used to be able scroll them up to see them when necessary.
I liked that feature very much, because it took up less of my screen.
I would like that feature restored.

I have repeatedly requested the 'predictions' to be stopped - but no-one seems to be listening!
Remove these 'predictions' when requested. Why else do you ask for 'feedback' when you pay no attention to what customers say?

How can I stop Outlook from typing guesses at my words when I am writing an email?
I want to be free to compose my own email without having some 'thing' guess at what I am going to write. It is very distracting having this 'thing' type where I am typing.
Please, please stop it!
