Family calendar iPhone
I had previously manually created a “family calendar” that I shared and was therefore visible on outlook web, app and iOS calendar app. The latest update seems to have absorbed my manually created “family calendar” items into the new “my family” shared calendar which I do not recall being ask d permission for, however this new “my family” calendar is not visible in iOS calendar. Please resolve ASAP as not everyone uses the outlook app.

[Suggestion]:Separate app for calendar
A separate app for the calendar (in which your tasks and memories are linked), this is now in the Mail app and you would like to have it separate.

Quarterly recurrences for appointments, meetings, and/or tasks
Outlook recurrence patterns currently include "Daily", "Weekly", "Monthly", and "Yearly". Can a "Quarterly" recurrence pattern be added? This would save time having to manually insert reminders in the calendar each quarter.

Being able to set default reminders to "None"
In my organisation we use a time boxing technique, this means that we document or time in the calendar, meaning I don't need my event to have a reminder especially when in the past.
The option to set the default reminder is there but (none) is not an option.
It's unfortunate that I must create my event in the desktop app (that has this option), since the Online version has a lot of neat feature I like to use.

Change the organiser/admin of existing Outlook appointment series
This would be helpful in case someone leaves the company or changes his function internally and has reserved certain meetingrooms with an appointment series. Right now the current organiser has to cancel the series and at the same time the other person who takes over needs to send a new invitation. However there are always problems with this method and it's quite time consuming to copy the series manually. Would also be a nice feature to have for general appointments.

Outlook / MS TODO integration
It would be great in Outlook had the functionality to automatically added your meetings to MS Todo. Your MY DAY view in TODO would then be the complete solution for planning your day etc.

[Suggestion]:Need to condense calendar week views so all typical day hours can be seen without scrolling
Show hours in 60-minute increments. 30-minute and 150-minute aren't enough, still can't see my whole day for a week view on the screen at once like in Google Calendar.

Shared calender functionality lost
An update as changed functionality in my 1 shared calender that I have (for family events). There is no longer the option to change the 'charm' or colour for the shared calender? on my own calenders I have the 3 dot menu option, but on the shared calender, it is not there. So I cannot set the charm or colour to what it automatically used to be when I create a new event. I have to change it manually each time.

Any new meeting created by a user who's company uses Teams should be a Teams meeting by default.

reminder snooze
please create or allow a 1 minute reminder before start for snooze for meeting reminders, default 5 min before is too long and if I do 0 hours before then by the time I get the notice and get connected it's 1 min late.

Display only open work hours on Outlook Calendar under Scheduling Assistant
Under the Scheduling Assistant when trying to schedule a meeting would like to be able to click on “options” and view “available to schedule meeting for day” and “available to schedule for work week view” this would allow you to choose the attendee and not have to look at what they already have blocked off on their calendar and instead focus on only the times that are still available on their calendar.

calendar body
Outlook calendar display,
Please display the Body contents from the beginning.
I have 8 appointments a day. Clicking one by one is a hassle.
It's the same with hovering.
One schedule per day. Click to see the Body content, even though there are a lot of whitespace.
It's inconvenient.1 vote -

Do Not Disturb option for calendar events
For Outlook, Teams (in fact every application with a calendar including Exchange Online) - in addition to Free/Busy/OutofOffice - add an option for Do Not Disturb which the applications then use to silence notifications during that meeting.
Very useful for meetings where you are presenting, or need complete attention etc.

minutes
add 45 minutes option in the list of time slot available in the endtime field when creating an invitation
lot of people don't need a 30min or 1h meeting but 45 to have some buffer
the same can be achieved by macro but we can ask all employee to create a macro for it57 votesThanks for your feedback! We’ll look into this.
