Change for sake of Change is extremely annoying.
'People' moved to bottom of page. I spent ages looking for it. It used to be at top of page. Why on earth do you keep messing about with this program, or 'app' as we now have to call it? I'm off to find another email program.

Personal Web Page Field Data Mapping
For O365 (Web) contacts is there a "Personal web page" field, and also a "Web Page" field? I assume this is due to my syncing my contacts with my IPhone contacts. However, both show on the "Contact" tab, but when you click on Edit Contact, you only see the "Personal Web Page", and NOT the "Web Page" field? Seems this is a data mapping issue, especially for company web pages.

outlook changes name of person in People
I emailed someone, say maria@outlook. com. BUT then I set up Maria as a contact in Outlook People, with a prefix, so "Social - Maria". OUTLOOK keeps deleting my entry of "Social - Maria" and keeps listing her as Maria. STOP IT. IF I ENTER A NAME IN A CERTAIN WAY, LEAVE IT ALONE.

Need labels for groups and much easier way to create them
There's no easy way to create a mail group like GMail. Only way it can be done in Outlook online is to create a group and the people in it. If I try and "copy" someone already in Outlook to the group it can't be done. In GMail I can "label" each person or business with a specific label so if I later want to send a "group" email to the people in that label I can do it in one email easily. I also keep all my contacts in one group regardless of their labels.

Grid view for people contacts
It should be really nice to have a Grid view for all the contatcs, as for the outlook app. Thsi would simplify a lot to check missing fields and to quickly update the contact list.
