  2. mailbox full?

    I've deleted most of emails from 2015-2018 but the system still shows me "delivery has failed to these recipients or groups" because the recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now.

  7. No way to "schedule" an email

    the Scheduled folder is a waste of time considering there is no way to schedule an email. Don't make it a folder if I can't use it and if there is a way to schedule an email maybe let me see how when I look in the help section

  9. Can not move subfolder to a folder of the same level as inbox/drafts folder

    I have one subfolder and I cant move it to the root level (same level as inbox/junk email/draft/sent items)

    You can do this today!

    You can drag a subfolder to the top level folders and it will appear there. Alternatively, you can right click on a folder name and select “Move”. This will let you move the folder anywhere.

    We will look at updating the text to make it clearer.

    Hi!

    I have the following e-mail: xxxxxxx@hotmail.com, but
    unfortunately, I've deleted all my mails, and all of them are very useful.
    Please, could you restore them, using a backup that is located (I presume) on your servers?

  13. thinking about going back to Yahoo mail.

    Microsoft would not let me into my e-mail account till I changed my security info. I replaced the phone number earlier in this year. How come you still have the same OLD deleted number coming up this time???

  15. Can't attach files - STILL!

    Outlook.com has become a failure. It would seem that 90% of the time I'm unable to send an email with an attachment as I get to notifications to say either "The following files couldn't be attached" or "this message can't be saved at the moment". If this is a lame attempt to have me use the cloud or go 'pro' it has failed. I will now go to Gmail. MS - you're becoming a legacy and not current and vital!!
