  1. Mail > Subscription

    Hotmail/Outlook- Mail > Subscriptions > I can not delete newsletters I did not subscribe to
    Under my settings>mail>subscriptions - there is a ton of newsletters/junk email/spam that I never added and can not delete. I don't know how they got there and how can i remove them.

    We’ve finished the development work and will be rolling out a new version of the subscription manager over the next few weeks!

    You may see that your subscriptions are deleted and the subscription manager is reset. We’re doing this so that we can purge all of the incorrect subscriptions from your list.

  3. HELP 10th time

    WTF with this . My email account was temporarily suspended last week for unknown reasons. Had to open EXTRA outlook accounts to receive security codes none of which worked (last week). I went to that email address of mine yesterday and was able to log in. Enjoyed it for 24 hours. Now the same address of mine is temporarily suspended again. Quit dancing around It took a whole week to remedy that email address? This is what it turns into? Address in question xxxxxx@outlook.com Suspended for POSSIBLE suspicious activity? All i did was look at my email nothing came in…

    Hey all,

    You can reach Outlook.com support by going to the Help pane (the ? icon in the header) and searching for solutions to your problem. If the solutions provided do not solve your problem, you can click “Yes” to “Still need help?” on the bottom. Then you’ll have the option to contact a support agent.

    First off thank you for reporting the issues you have been having with safelinks. There was a bug that did impact the safelinks for a short period of time. This has since been resolved and everything should be operating normally.

  14. My email shows different first and last name to the new users

    My name in the Outlook / Hotmail directory is coming with a weird name which I never set anywhere on outlook. My First and Last name doesn't appear anywhere to a new sender. And this is embarrassing. How do I reset it back to my First and Last Name ?
