Rules diagnostics reports are unreadable.
txt files composed of html, when I open them they just don't help me understand what's wrong. How would code make sense to the majority of people trying to read this information and trying to figure out what's going on with the rules that don't work. You need to change the reports and make them readable by everyone.

Problem receieving mail from .ax domains!
The .ax is an official domain for Aaland Islands in Finland but Outlook puts all the mail from .ax in the junk and will not forward it to other mailprograms and losts of important mails from official companys and departments will be lost!!!

I like seeing more of what is written in the email at once - being able to read some of the message.

Mails show /18 as year instead of /19 in the email header date. That's crazy.

When I get email spoofing the sender I would like the option, from Microsoft, to return a message that looks as if Microsoft sent it, and which says the acct is invalid or has been closed. Htat is likely the only way I will get these people to stop emailing me from alternative spoofed addresses with the same message and from the same people. We need a tool to use to stop them in return.

All of a sudden I see a pop up screen on the lower part of my email screen telling me how many items I deleted. I do not need this and it is a distraction.

Cannot read half of messages when using firefox

I log into hotmail with my primary alias, and after 2 days and error messages to cust service, the account icon in the upper right corner still shows the icon for a secondary alias. When I go into settings, the account name is correct, but the wrong icon is showing in the corner of the email/inbox page. Please fix your system. Stop guessing at and using names that the customer didn't authorize for the email account.

While syncing mail from other service outlook should sync their contact and task and contacts this will help us to transit from our previous service easily

Clicking on a mail opens up the wrong mail.

press back on the browser.
select the top mail of your list
actual result:
Opens the old mail that was selected for printing.
Expected result:
Opens the mail selected.

Message surface > Create new rule > Run rule now on Inbox = fails every time, "Something went wrong, reload page"

When we drag file which is larger then 33 md it shows an error, Instead it should show a option to continue with one drive (to save the time of repeating the process with attach file option), same as we Attach larger files through Attach Option.

Inbox rules do not allow negation, what if I want to forward most email but NOT if the sender address is x. Being able to negate a rule is a must have.

I deleted a subfolder and it keeps reappearing!
