Hello. I am completely dissatisfied with Outlook™.
It is absolutely dreadful having to be essentially STALKED for my phone number constantly otherwise I face an account lock and any other dodgy ransom-like issues. The amount of times this has happened is just sad.STOP ASKING FOR MY NUMBER, PLEASE!

remove old items in Teams Share
We need to be able to control what files show up in the Teams -->Share area. Way too many Power Points and or other documents, presentations and spreadsheet to choose from.

Mac interent accounts
Add Outlook.com to macOS Internet Accounts setup like Exchange. Setting up as imap only syncs to Mail and Notes. Would like Reminders, Calendar and Contacts.

Set the default meeting time to 15 minutes from the current 30 minutes
Would like Outlook to reduce the default meeting length from 30 minutes to 15 minutes to drive more productivity worldwide. All the meetings which are unnecessarily dragged because of 30-minute time frame could be cut short.

Sidebar with the link to Gmail inbox often doesn't show up
Often when I open Outlook.com I am presented with my Outlook inbox, but if I want to see my Gmail one - which I've already connected before - the sidebar with the button used to switch to it is not showing up. I can only see my Gmail inbox by opening https://outlook.live.com/mail/1/inbox manually.
It would be also nice if Gmail opened in the same tab so it would stay inside the installed web app instead of launching Edge/Chrome when the button is clicked (assuming that this button appears in the first place, because sometimes it does).1 vote -
new view is HORRIBLE
I can't believe I am the only one that hates the new "cartoon" like icons on Outlook 365. I can't believe this is supposed to be better. I can't even "see" when I look at my inbox that I have invites because the calendar invite icon is so light.
Why the change? It was FINE. As usual with Microsoft, you take forever to address real issues, because you are busy introducing new things for us to hate. Really, really disappointing.

Option to disable "Recover deleted items"
You could allow us to not see this link. Every other option has button only, why this link in the top? I just want to empty my deleted folder without seeing links. Tks

Move the message toggle bar to top of screen
The toggle bar that allows you to, for example, switch between your inbox and a draft message without exiting the current window is way too low on the screen. It took me a while to figure out that I didn't have to pop out my messages to navigate back to my inbox because it's in a place that you wouldn't notice it. Please move this toggle bar to the top (under the actions menu bar) or give users the option to move it.

Axe the ignore feature
Get rid of the 'ignore' feature. I keep getting legit messages - ie REPLIES to my e-mails from friends and family - plunked right into the deleted folder. It's so annoying. Let ME decide what gets deleted for goodness sake. So annoying, and frustrating. The other week I found an original e-mail from my aunt in my deleted folder...today I found a reply from my friend sent last night in response to an e-mail I sent them. Ridiculously random, and unnecessary. STOP IT. I love the way Hotmail used to be like 10 years ago before you started justifying paying…

All my pics in my new phone are in folders from my previous phone .

Managing and Moving FOLDERS is terrible UI
Managing Folders and Rearranging Folders is too difficult.

Is it possible that you’re accessing OWA from a different browser each time you’re signing in? The “Keep Me Signed In” feature will only work if you access from the same browser on the same computer in normal browsing mode.
If you access in private browsing mode, it will not remember your “Keep Me Signed In” preference.
Alternatively, if you clear your cookies, it will not remember your sign in preferences.
Can you give us any more details about what’s going on?

Please allow us to be able to REMOVE the new left vertical SIDE BAR (with calendar, contacts, to do list, etc.).
I personnally dont want to have always this left side bar in front of me, and this left vertical side bar reduce the available space on the screen.

Screening of New Accounts
Microsoft needs to "screen" new accounts that are created. Double check names for existing accounts, do a "Is this you?" before allowing someone to hit "create" on a new account. This will limit the number of duplicate/multiple accounts that get created.

Expose Quick Steps in Outlook Web
Quick Steps from Outlook Desktop are not exposed in OWA. This is an impediment to adopting OWA as a lot of work flows are driven by Quick Steps.
