No sound
Incoming mail sound is not functioning. Checked my settings and it was on, but just tested it and no sound.

THE SERCH OF MAIL IS SO BAD
The search by a mail is very inefficient. the usure should lost a lot of time to find a mail because the selection is delete when enter tu read one of them, It is basic and very neccesary, I must change to gmail if you dont correct this.

filter for category
It would be good if you could:
1. Filter your messages for Category

New feedback from Outlook.com (React)
I hate this new live outlook. When I search I can't see which emails are in which folders and the print feature is terrible - I can't print without all of the text showing behind the print window, making the printout completely unreadable. This "upgrade" has slowed my productivity by a day or more.

Unable to find contact for email 'send to' and is in my people contact list
New email address entry does not find a contact in my contact list. Definately in my 'People' contacts, but not able to find when sending an email.

Make Search easier
Your user experience for Searching through emails is extremely bad. Please revert back to the older experience.
In the new experience, there is no way to filter the search results by Inbox, Deleted Items and other folders. This experience is so confusing..... Have you tried searching yourself in a bug bash before releasing this product?

Jumpy screen
I'm switching back to the old version. The screen is just to jumpy. Every time I click on something, an email, a folder, using the search bar, the items on the screen have to jump/load like 5 or 6 times and it gives me a headache.

Show search results for email attachments
I find that in Outlook, Search does look in the subject and contents. But the results include email with attachments. I can't find the searched word in the attachment or anywhere in the email. It needs to be more clear where the matching search is in attachments.
It looks like you display the search results for conversations, which is good.

html email fails to render properly. Graphics don't load
most of the time html email fails to render properly. Graphics don't load and there are NO links to add senders to safe senders list or to show graphics. So - back to non-beta I go.

Please add search folders
I use massively search folders on Outlook client, I would like retrieve them on the web client.

The folder scopes that are available is limited today but you can still access them via the “All folders” button on the right side of the search box. You can also select a folder in the left pane first before you search. That will scope the search to just that folder.
We are working to improve the Advanced Search function which will allow you to scope your search to any folders. We will let you know when the feature is available.

sweep
the sweep option disappears when search results are displayed.... so, if i realise i have lots of emails from one address and i want to set a rule to sweep them... how can i use sweep if it's not there?

Can't see the complete email; no way to double click and enlarge the page. Hate it!!

Cool Things from old version no more... :_(
I cannot do ADVANCED SEARCH, that means specifically , that I want to search Text inside every message and not just the date...the date?! and thats the first thing someone don´t remeber again!
And where it is the option where I can see the List of Mails in ONE column?
that for me was clearly...with 3 windows at the same time makes me crazy...please give the option...again...10 votes -
Deleting spam mails should permanently delete them
At the moment deleting mails within the spam folder moves them to the trash folder. If the spam mail keeps being unread, the trash folder gets marked as it contains an unread mail.
In my opinion it would be better if deleting spam mails would permanently delete them (possibly with an option for undoing that deletion) or at least mark them as read.22 votes
