My team uses Microsoft teams to schedule our overall work. Thies means That when en event is created in the teams calendar I get automatically invited to it.

adjust recurring appointment that falls on a weekend
When setting up a recurring meeting or appointment for a certain date each month you should be able to ask outlook to automatically adjusts meetings that fall on a weekend. For example if I set up a meeting or appointment for the 15th of each month but one of them falls on a Sunday outlook should automatically adjust that single meeting and move it to Monday 16th just for that month.

Do Not Disturb option for calendar events
For Outlook, Teams (in fact every application with a calendar including Exchange Online) - in addition to Free/Busy/OutofOffice - add an option for Do Not Disturb which the applications then use to silence notifications during that meeting.
Very useful for meetings where you are presenting, or need complete attention etc.

Allow me to update an invite without sending an email
Allow me to easily and intuitively update an invite without sending an email out to the group.
I often need to make a small change to an invite that shouldn't require blasting everyone on the invite list.
I've been using Outlook for two years and if I'm able to do this, I've not found a way that works reliably. I regularly feel embarrassed at work thanks to your software. I see little concern for users here. I'm a passionate detractor of Microsoft product as a result.

Being able to set default reminders to "None"
In my organisation we use a time boxing technique, this means that we document or time in the calendar, meaning I don't need my event to have a reminder especially when in the past.
The option to set the default reminder is there but (none) is not an option.
It's unfortunate that I must create my event in the desktop app (that has this option), since the Online version has a lot of neat feature I like to use.

Rolling 10 Business days in Calendar View
We would like the Calendar to have a Rolling 10 Business days view. Today is always on the left and it shows the next 10 Business days for availability and future scheduling.

Co-Owners for Meetings
It would be great to have 2 owners of a meeting or the ability to transfer ownership of meeting cadence

Change Calender event owner
Have the option to change the calendar event owner.
This can be useful if the owner sets up a meeting series, but is unable to attend one instance and needs to transfer ownership to one of the invitees or another person.
It would allow the owner to remove that instance from their calendar but have the meeting remain for the other attendees.

meeting hour limitation
It would be great to limit the number of hours of meeting on a day. Once you reach a certain number of meeting hours on the calendar, it will block any new meeting and full all your day as busy.

[Suggestion]:Incorrect display of the calendar in the Chrome browser.
outlook.live.com/calendar in the Chrome browser (86.0.4240.75 x64) began to display incorrectly. If you display several calendars (I have 13 of them), the calendars themselves are displayed normally, and the titles do not correspond to them (at 100% scale they are much wider and they do not fit on the screen). IE doesn't have this problem.

Group Calendar (formerly Family calendar) Not Showing On Agenda Email
Outlook.com used to have this nice Family calendar that automatically shared with members of the family. Someone decided it was a great idea to turn it into a separate Group calendar. I used to get the Agenda email for my calendars, but it doesn't include Group calendar entries. Agenda email has become kind of worthless if it doesn't include important entries to my day. Someone needs to rethink how this has been implemented.

business day
I would like to be able to have a reoccurring reminder/appt set for the 1st business day or weekday of each month. I don't think that option is available. Thought it might be helpful to more folks as well.

[Suggestion]:reminders as good as they were in 2003, and/or the app, SERIOUSLY
More snooze options in the calendar, like I had in 2003 in the application and everywhere. Make them customizable. Let me type in 5m 5h 5d quickly as I have always done in the application. PLEASE
