I want to be able to write a rule for blocking junk emais.
I think if I could write a rule that allows me to block spam emails, I could block most of my spam emails in my junk email folder. It is this or Outlook needs to quit allowing spam emails into my account. I want to block all emails not on my safe senders' list.

Enable DKIM for Office 365 Home / Microsoft 365 Family mailboxes with a personalized email address
The Office 365 Home / Microsoft 365 Family subscription has a premium option which allows you to use your own email domain.
However, there is no option to enable the DKIM security measure in the premium interface for your own personalized email addresses / own email domain.
Without DKIM, outgoing email often ends up in the recipient's Spam folder, because the mail is not signed and authenticity can not be verified. Can you enable the option to enable/configure DKIM in the outlook.com UI for Office 365 Home / Microsoft 365 Family subscribers?
(just like you enabled the personalized email addresses…42 votes -

Block Junk Mail by Sender Name
Please create an option to block senders by Name (not just by email address or domain). I receive 60 junk emails a day from different email addresses, but often with the same sender name. Blocking the email address and/or the domain isn't effective because the same junk senders have thousands of alternate email addresses. The sender name, however, is consistent (ie: Gadget Junkies, LeafFilter, Walk In Safety Tub, Tommy Chong, Splash Wines, Keranique, etc). Also, adding a Rule to block emails with those words in the subject line or body doesn't work because Rules aren't applied to junk mail (another…

Do not start telling me what to write when I am writing an email.
My idea is to let people write their own emails without providing intrusive suggestions. I've been writing for over 50 years and I don't need any help from a computer.

block
There should be no limit on the number of email addresses/domains you put in the blocked senders list. I can no longer block anyone as apparently the limit is 500!

Can I turn off Auto Complete feature? It gets in my way and is distracting.
I don't like the new Auto Complete feature. Is there a way I can turn it off? If slows down my speed significantly.

Too much obvious spam in junk folder
Too much obvious spam in junk folder, making it difficult to spot genuine emails. This has only started happening again recently. Revise incoming spam filters, something has gone horribly wrong.

[Dislike]:Please stop "keep signed in " tick box.
Please stop the "keep signed in tick box" you already asks to stay signed in, so once is enough. No need for me to tick another box.

Automatically block sender and ip when message is marked Phishing
Microsoft's software engineers are smart enough to make this simple line of code happen - Automatically block sender and ip when message is marked Phishing, so that users' junk boxes don't get unmanageable by the quantity of junk that gets through. The time it takes to look up the sender data, copy the ip and paste it into the blocked sender panel just gets too long when you are dealing with 20+ junk messages at a time.

Junk e-mail: block e-mail addresses using wildcards (eg *@*.can
Junk e-mail: why can't you allow the user to block e-mails using a wildcard and only part of the e-mail address? I receive, EVERY DAY, emails from pharmacy<something>.can and I want to block @.can instead of wasting my time to block every single instance, every single day

Our junk / spam team is looking into this suggestion, and we should have an update in the next month or two.

[Suggestion]:Junk Emails Not Being Deleted after 10 Days
It says at the top "Items in Junk Email will be deleted after 10 days" and that worked until September 14, 2020. Since that date, no Junk emails have been deleted like they normally are and Junk folder is building up. I can delete manually but prefer the automatic deletion after 10 days to work again.
