My profile image as seen by everyone else is different from my own actual image that is shown to me as profile picture. The image that everyone else sees is that of my father. I do not know who to complain about this.

How do I recover my Hotmail folders and emails when Microsoft deleted all my folders and emails when changing from Hotmail to Outlook

After I set up the contact list on Outlook Web, I found out that the profile picture isn't showing up in the email inbox, and when I switched to the Outlook Desktop, the profile picture shows correctly.

Give "Log Out" option its own button. NOT in a drop down menu, where half the time it does not appear unless the page is refreshed. Just give it its own button to click on.

Why can you not print from the mobile app.... that is so annoying!

This would be helpful in case someone leaves the company or changes his function internally and has reserved certain meetingrooms with an appointment series. Right now the current organiser has to cancel the series and at the same time the other person who takes over needs to send a new invitation. However there are always problems with this method and it's quite time consuming to copy the series manually. Would also be a nice feature to have for general appointments.

Hi, I have a paid Outlook.com Premium (Ad-free Outlook.com) subscription since years, linked with my domain, so I can have personalized e-mail. Recently Microsoft has moved this option to Microsoft 365 Family, which I also have a subscription for. However, I can only set it up if my domain is managed by GoDaddy. But I can't transfer my .nz domain to GoDaddy, since they don't hold a license for .nz domains. Please Microsoft talk to GoDaddy, work with my current registrar, onlydomains.com, of give me a solution otherwise.

Delay delivery defaults to 5 pm. Can we please have an option to change the default globally (in my case i would set it to 9 am the start of the work day).

I’d like to use dark mode on web outlook but the cursor doesn’t change to white like it does on the app. As a colour blind person it makes dark mode impossible to use. Would you tell the team to match the cursors please? :)
