Slow web interface
Outlook.com works well as a mail server for MS Office Outlook. However, as a web based application, it is very slow and cumbersome. I would prefer a more streamlined and snappy interface.

blocking and reporting phishing in one step
It seems you can either block spam or report it as phishing, but not block and report all at the same time. It would be more effective if you could do both at once.

How can I stop Outlook from typing guesses at my words when I am writing an email?
I want to be free to compose my own email without having some 'thing' guess at what I am going to write. It is very distracting having this 'thing' type where I am typing.
Please, please stop it!

[Suggestion]:Verifying Account
Verifying an outlook account is impossible with the the mouse and cheese thing. Why are MS using the alternative email address I entered in the first instance. I am unable to use the phone option as out of signal range.

Block spammails alltogether, don't put them in a spambox, and do NOT filter on reputations, but block spam domains and anonymus senders.
I want ypu to STOP filtering spam mails on their reputation but block them as soon as we report them. Also STOP whitelisting Google ad their mail- and cloud servers are full of spammers, abusing Gmail, Google Forms and Google Cloud web apps to send their spam mails Also block anonymous senders or reject their mails, as spammers mostly use anonymus, spoofed e-mailaddresses. Give us beck the old, better Hotmail spam filter!!!!

Attach file - browse this computer no longer works in Safari!
Fix the bug which has recently appeared where Browse this computer under the Attach menu does nothing! This is while accessing mail online via Safari. Responding to these things would be nice too.

Automatically flag an email as phishing in junk folder
There should be a feature to automatically flag an email as phishing in the Junk folder by showing a red exclamation point and a warning message saying this is a suspicious email will steal your personal information similar to the feature in Gmail's Spam folder.
