    emails sent to inbox get put in Junk folder Reason given:-This message was moved to the Junk Email folder because you only trust emails from senders in your Safe Senders list. This isn't spam

    This reason is false therefor must be a bug

    I have been trying to change my password because someone has hacked my other email and I can not get ahold of someone or change my password without a separate email. they make this website too difficult.

    regularly getting email from english and australian companies. I hope the geoffthomas in those countries is getting a copy.

  6. There's no any link or button to click to open the attachment file.

    I can't open an attachment file. All I can do now is forwarding the mail to Gmail and then open it in Gmail. I don't know why you broke this again, it happened before.

  7. Outlook.com emails not getting through

    Messages sent from Outlook.com are not received at some addresses (or go to Junk) but can be received perfectly when sent from Outlook Office (same sender address). Why?

  15. Accessibility issues with dark mode

    I think there are some serious accessibility issues with the way dark mode is handeling HTML emails. I ran a test an in every case the contrast ratio between text and background was either equal or worse

  16. Screen Overflow

    The Quick Settings pane is now too big for the screen. It goes past the right edge of he display, with no horizontal scroll bar to let me see the missing part. I use Firefox 63.0.1 (64-bit) on a desktop, with Windows 10 & a 1920x1080 screen.

    Thank you for reporting this issue! I wanted to follow-up and let you know that we did indeed have a bug with some resolutions. The fix has been coded up and we are testing it. I would imagine in the next week or so this should be fully fixed for all accounts.

  18. Reading/seeing deleted emails again

    When it says 'yesterday', am I seeing all emails that I received and already deleted? If so I am not happy. Why am I reminded of emails I already got rid of???

    Hi there, thanks for the feedback. The date separators that you mention are just showing the mail that is left in your inbox and hasn’t been deleted or moved.

    If you prefer not to have the date separators (more like the old experience) you can turn this off.

    Click on the Gear in the top right and turn off Sort by Date.

    what are the blue boxes with reply suggestions at the bottom of the e mails I receive? I do not need suggestions as to what to reply !

    Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. The little blue boxes are indeed suggested replies.

    If you do not like that particular feature, you can disable them by going into the Settings. Click on the gear in the top right. This opens up the quick settings pane. If you search for suggested replies it will take you right to the setting.
