Display Modes for Density or Compact
isn't it possible to have more compact view? menus are taking lots of space in screen and way too annoying.

I again thank each and everyone of you for using Outlook.com and for providing all of your feedback. I wanted to let you know that as of today we have enabled Density settings. There are three modes which control how tight and how much information is shown on the screen.
To change the density settings click on the gear in the top right (settings). In the pane that opened you should see three setting Full, Medium and Compact.
Hope this helps address some of the concerns around white space :)
Thanks again,
David Los

I don't like that I have to individually enter addresses to block.

How can I get the old format back?

I hate Microsoft's new assumption that no one uses desktop PCs anymore. "Duh, let's design our GUI for touch screens and space everything out by a ridiculous amount!" (GMail did something similar, but at least they provided a "compact" view for desktop users.)
News flash Microsoft: There's a lot of us still using desktop PCs!

Contact them. they can give you a link to change it back to the old format. email the chat to yourself so you have it. Its what I did.
Make sure to delete the current bookmark if you have it saved and bookmark the link they give you.I didn't get an explanation as to why they took the option away.

What a mess ! Do you want to lose all your PC-customers and concentrate only on Phones???
Deeply sad:
- Only 40% or less of mails and folders is visible; what a waste of space and time (to scroll down); Was this tested at all???

PLEASE GO BACK TO INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL EMAIL AUTOMATICALLY WHEN WE CLICK 'RESPOND'. NOT THE RIDICULOUS COMMENT 'EMAIL WILL BE INCLUDED'. I WANT TO SEE the email.
I DESPISE ALL YOUR 'IMPROVEMENTS' and changes .. -
