    If you would like to try out this experience, please click on the gear icon in the top right of your calendar module to access your settings, and toggle “Bold event colors”.

  8. I share a calendar across the family for each member, and I want to be able to put calendar entries on their calendar

    I would like to create calendar entries on my kids calendars (like I can now with the old interface). I'm using Edge on Win 10, and I do not see a 'calendar' selection. This is required for me to use this calendar … please add this back!

  10. Lock out in one hour

    How do I fix this? I received an email saying that I would be locked out of my account in one hour. If that is true, I won't be able to see that you've responded to this email :-(

  12. solid background

    Since I use the calendar for my shift schedule (which consists of both recurring and one-time appointments that can span both single and multiple days) the multi-day events are more important to me and I need them to have a colored background box. While the old calendar could use a dedicated shift feature, the colored background box for multi-day events was decently useful. Having that replaced with the thin dotted lines makes it really bad for this purpose.

    For other people, though, things might be different. Why not give us the option to choose whether we want solid background colors…

    First off, thank you for using Outlook.com and for taking the time to provide feedback.

    I just wanted to send a quick update and let you know that you can indeed log out of Outlook.com. If you click on the Me Control (your name/picture) at the top right hand corner. From there you should see a Sign Out/Log out option.

    This will close your session and sign you out of outlook.com.

  15. How to delete spams with the new version ?

    There is no more "delete" option on the screen when we are in the spam mails. (which means we have to delete them directly from the keyboard)
    In the French version at least.

  16. Calendar

    In the old calendar, I had all my appointments colour coded (Medical, Classes, various categories etc.) and was very impressed with how it all synced with my iPhone and iPad but now the colours dont come up the same and it the calendar looks very enimic. I wish I could go back to the old way. As I printed out the calendar to put on wall and could follow everything clearly, since the changes I have had trouble printing the calendar etc.

  17. Email reminders in Beta are not visible

    Thank you for finally putting email reminders into the Beta version of Calendar :-) However, unfortunately the Beta version it doesn't allow me to see the existing email reminders - there is a blue hyperlink, but nothing happens when I click on it. When I go from Beta back to Original calendar, I can see and edit the email reminders.

  18. Cannot use hotmail account since Microsort too over.

    Since outlook took over my Hotmail account, it changed my email to my other account and I have not been able to send or receive e-mails to my Hotmail account. There doesn't seem anywhere that I can read the Hotmail account to outlook. Trust Microsoft to stuff things up.

    I am getting A TON of really inappropriate and obviously spam e-mails. Whatever MSN and Hotmail are currently doing to ensure these do not come to our mailboxes (ANY folder, including JUNK - I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THIS!) is not working. Can I PLEASE speak to someone about this problem. It's been increasing over the last year and I'm really tired of it. It's not appropriate and these are very clearly not "real" e-mails.
