  2. Too much junk / spam: Junk folder becoming to inundated

    20 year user moving to new platform. Flooded my junk box with advertisements now I have to search for any emails that may be of value to me that don't automatically filter to my inbox. It's a shame.

  3. Dark theme with dark mode and dark writing pan

    dark theme is not available with dark mode also in dark mode the writing pan is still in light mode. make it dark as well to avoid eyes irritation and save battery life as well

  4. Can't attach files - STILL!

    Outlook.com has become a failure. It would seem that 90% of the time I'm unable to send an email with an attachment as I get to notifications to say either "The following files couldn't be attached" or "this message can't be saved at the moment". If this is a lame attempt to have me use the cloud or go 'pro' it has failed. I will now go to Gmail. MS - you're becoming a legacy and not current and vital!!

  5. Junk e-mail: block e-mail addresses using wildcards (eg *@*.can

    Junk e-mail: why can't you allow the user to block e-mails using a wildcard and only part of the e-mail address? I receive, EVERY DAY, emails from pharmacy<something>.can and I want to block *@*.can instead of wasting my time to block every single instance, every single day

  6. BLOCK EMAIL ADDRESSES

    BLOCK EMAIL ADDRESSES - The option to block junk email addresses used to be on your menu along with Sweep, Move to and Delete. An update you made 1-2 years ago removed this, making it MORE cumbersome to block bogus email addresses. Now I have to (1) select one or more email addresses, (2) right-click, (3) then select Block. Please restore this to the menu bar.

  7. Mail > Subscription

    Hotmail/Outlook- Mail > Subscriptions > I can not delete newsletters I did not subscribe to
    Under my settings>mail>subscriptions - there is a ton of newsletters/junk email/spam that I never added and can not delete. I don't know how they got there and how can i remove them.

  8. Spam Filters Do Not Work

    Hotmail's spam filters are useless. I have marked emails as "not junk", added them to "safe senders" and created rules and STILL they go into the junk folder. I have been trying for many months to train it to handle my emails. Why does Gmail do an excellent job at this but Outlook is clueless. I am so annoyed, but I need to have two separate email clients. Can you please fix this problem.

  9. Calendar events only display as dots on the date of the event; there is no event description

    Events on the calendar do not appear as text, only as several dots.

    Hey all, sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. The calendar events will display as dots when you are in the month view and your browser window is too small to display each event for each day.

    You could try making your browser window larger, so that more events can be displayed.

    Our teams are also investigating whether they could display more events in that space as well… we’ll keep you posted!

  10. Obvious spam being sent to Inbox

    Why is obvious spam not going to Junk or being blocked. 42 emails with the same "From" and "Subject" that arrived within 120 secs to my Inbox. These should have been filtered out and deleted or at the very least sent to Junk. Why weren't they?

  11. my junk folder is gone, so is my Focused and Others? Help!!!

    Where are these folders? Did Microsoft change something the week of April 9th 2018??

    We’re sorry people are experiencing issues here. We have gone back to the old behavior for the left-hand folder tree to always show since last year and we hope this has addressed most issues.

    There are some reports in the comments about individual folders not showing up. In order for us to get to the bottom of the issue, please post as much detail as possible in your comments. What steps are you taking? Which browser/computer/operating system are you using?

  15. Bulk delete of subscriptions

    unsubscribing from subscriptions. It would be good to have the ability to unsubscribe from multiple subscriptions, especially when they were added through a junk email. Also, removing any subscription automatically that is linked to a junk email would be great.

  18. Multiple Calendar Reminders

    I am looking at Office 365 as a viable alternative to Google Apps. One of the most useful features of Google Calendar is that I can have multiple reminders specified. So for instance my default is to receive a reminder 2 weeks ahead, 1 week ahead, 2 days ahead and 2 hours ahead.

    I can only see an option for one reminder on the Office 365 calendar and can't see how to add more. This is a serious omission. A basic calendar requirement in my opinion.

  19. mailbox not receiving mail

    My mailbox is still not receiving email after deleting a bunch of emails yesterday. What's the deal and how do I get my mailbox/account active again?
