Outlook Customer Manager, a new Office 365 service, helps small businesses track and grow their customer relationships right within Outlook. It gives a complete view of interactions with each business contact, helps track tasks and deals in progress, and surfaces timely reminders—all next to your inbox. Outlook Customer Manager will be available at no extra cost to Office 365 Business Premium subscribers – beginning with those in First Release program and continuing worldwide in the coming months.       Actually it isn't possible to add more than 25 fields for a contact / a company or a deal.

            Added company, Can't add contacts as keep getting error still trying to create company. Also when amending the company info the save button greyed out and reverts back.

              • Possible to use OCm with IMAP Account

                Is it possible soon, to add also IMAP Accounts in OCM? It's a Long time, since MS released the new OCM, but still no solution to add them?

                • One contact with multiple deals isolate emails

                  I have a contact that I work with on multiple deals, I would like to isolate each email based on its appropriate deal. I would also like to ensure that emails that are not related to any specific deal are not shown on any deal.

                  • Sync Business Center contacts

                    The Business Center apps contacts tab has a field to show whether a contact is a customer or a lead - this information seems not to be available anywhere in OCM, which makes using Business Center with OCM pretty much pointless. Surely, the fields should be synced.

                    • Import contacts and/or companies in bulk

                      There needs to be a way to easily import bulk companies and/or contacts into OCM. I know this is a problem but couldn't see it as a suggestion in the ideas list unbelievably!

                      • One should be able to filter the deals based on Owner. This will help in seeing deals specific to each sales guy

                        When I try to choose a filter on deals based on Owner, the filter criteria does not allow to choose a name or type a name. The box comes as disabled.

                          • creation of companies and contacts

                            I created a company and wanted to add a new contact. I got a message this was not possible because the application had to register the company.
                            So I created the contact separately

                            after an hour when I want to link the two entities, it is still not possible because the company must be recorded. Is it expected?

                            • Triggers for Customer Manager in Flow

                              I would love to pull the data from Customer Manager into the Common Data Service via Microsoft Flows. Without this I am stuck creating a sharepoint or powerapp solution.

                              • Using OCM without Internet Explorer is default browser

                                I have severall Problems using OCM. Sometimes OCM dose not start, don't save changes or takes minutes for saving a change.

                                Deleting the IE Cache will help mostly. But I wont to delete IE cache after each action and I wont use IE as my default browser.

                                • Properly train Micrisoft Office 365 support team to resolve OCM issues.

                                  Properly train Microsoft Office 365 support team so they can trouble shoot OCM issues and help client to quickly resolve issues.

                                  • multiple deals with one contact

                                    If I have multiple ongoing deals with one contact, I like to link incoming emails to a certain deal. Otherwise I see each and every email with that contact in each deal. Doesn't make sense, does it?

                                    • Why doesn't OCM allow me to click the tab, from contact file?

                                      When I want to make an entry, I want to start from the contact file. but then OCM icon is not available. It makes no sense to find the contact, then have to highlight the email address, or make as if I want to email,. and then from the email page click the OCM icon, in order to open the OCM.
                                      Please sort this as a matter of urgency.

                                      • Add a possibility to update cache/sync OCM manually

                                        We are currently trying out OCM to see if it can work for our company. One major issue that we have run into is the syncing behaviour. If one employee adds a new deal or changes anything it takes a long time for this to reflect upon what others see. A workaround is to manually clear the cache in internet settings, but this honestly seems like a bad workaround for something that should be built into the app itself.

                                        Would it be possible to add a refresh button in the OCM interface?

                                        • Create a filter option for timeline to separate event notes, phone calls, and emails.

                                          When you log an event note on the timeline, it is difficult to find when you want to review over time. The manager logs all emails, etc to the timeline and if you do not know the specific date you met with a customer, you have to scroll through the entire timeline just to look back on your notes. I am hoping you can develop a filter function under companies to differentiate events, calls, and emails.
