Allow files attached to emails the ability to be dragged to the files tab in a contact or deal or company
Whenever you wnat to save a file to a deal,contact or company, allow it to be dragged froom an email directly to the file tab.

Actually it isn't possible to add more than 25 fields for a contact / a company or a deal.

Triggers for Customer Manager in Flow
I would love to pull the data from Customer Manager into the Common Data Service via Microsoft Flows. Without this I am stuck creating a sharepoint or powerapp solution.

Able to customize deal table - column order and views
It should be possible to customize the table on the deals page including the following in order of implementation:
Deleting/hiding unwanted columns. For example, I am the only user in my business, so it's not useful to have a column in the table which says I'm the owner.
Able to re-order columns. Suppose there is a custom field I need to sort/filter on all the time. It's extremely inconvenient if I have to scroll way to the right to find it.

make OCM available also for additional non-exchange accounts
I can the OCM use only for my one Exchange account in Outlook. If I go to the additional IMAP and POP accounts the OCM button disappears.

Search/Magnifying Glass to do a global search
When searching "All Contacts" it seems to only pull names, not companies as well. If I type in a company name, it should return all associated employees.

Add a possibility to update cache/sync OCM manually
We are currently trying out OCM to see if it can work for our company. One major issue that we have run into is the syncing behaviour. If one employee adds a new deal or changes anything it takes a long time for this to reflect upon what others see. A workaround is to manually clear the cache in internet settings, but this honestly seems like a bad workaround for something that should be built into the app itself.
Would it be possible to add a refresh button in the OCM interface?

I would like to open OCM from a contact's page, by finding a contact (in people) and then clicking an icon to find all the linked actions
Generally if I want to find out where I am upto regarding a particular contact I would go to that person's file (Contact page). But in OCM the OCM icon does not appear on the ribbon when in the contact page. this is crazy.
If I want to know who I need to call next, I can go to tasks, and there is the task and there is the icon for OCM, but if I want to know what I need to do next for Joe Dole, the icon is not there.

Customer data are in particular useful directly before a customer is visited. A typical situation is the flight to a customer. To look up data during the flight Outlook Customer Manager needs to be available also offline.

Can not delete custom columns
Deleting a custom column really only hides it. If you try to create a column using the name of the previously deleted column, a message appears indicating that a column with that name already exists. This program needs a lot of work.
