Outlook Customer Manager, a new Office 365 service, helps small businesses track and grow their customer relationships right within Outlook. It gives a complete view of interactions with each business contact, helps track tasks and deals in progress, and surfaces timely reminders—all next to your inbox. Outlook Customer Manager will be available at no extra cost to Office 365 Business Premium subscribers – beginning with those in First Release program and continuing worldwide in the coming months. Sort and change columns order on deals list
Last upgrade, we lost the sort feature on Deals lists as well as moving or changing the columns order. That was an excellent feature to follow deals.
111 votesWe are sorry and are working on bringing it back as soon as possible. With the old implementation we had some issues with loading a lot of deals and contacts, so we had to make the change to improve performance.

Scan business card from the mobile app
The obvious feature missing from the OCM mobile app is to snap a photo of a business card and it gets stored as a contact in OCM.

Mass delete of Companies and other bulk data - Data Reset or Clean Sweep Option
Mass Delete of Companies and other bulk data - Reset Option. I've been working with OCM for about a week and believed I was ready to import 2100 companies from another CRM. Unfortunately, I did not get the new list columns right and need to clear all current companies but there's no option I'm aware of to do so.

Missed Call Search
Please make searching OCM Contact phone #'s easier and consistent. If my business misses a phone call and wants to look that number up in our OCM Contacts OCM won't display all phone numbers. Right now I can search for my own cell # that I have under a Contact and it doesn't come up.

Keep exact time of Auto phone log after editing subject of phone call
When logged calls are edited, the exact time of the call is lost and you can only choose from 30 minute intervals. The time defaults to 12 AM and the exact time of call is lost.

Allow multi-select of contacts and then allow setting all selected contacts to Shared status
There should be the capacity to select multiple contacts in the OCM interface in Outlook 2016, and then change certain settings on all selected contacts - but most importantly their shared status.
Often, smaller companies all share the contacts and deals they are working on. When someone joins the OCM and brings their contacts in, not being able to share them all, or a specific subset with one or few clicks, is a major barrier to getting on board with the software.

Assign a deal after it has been created
It would be great if a task could be created by a user and then assigned to a different user.
e.g. A telesales creates a deal and then assigns it to an external sales rep.

Add Job Title field in contacts
Each contact needs to have a job title - when you import contacts it lets you map to the field, but you can't see it anywhere.

Most of the time, data written in forms are not implemented when saved.
When creating customer data is synced so slow that when saved, most of the details are not included. After editing, new data are either not synced or is synced but really it is not synced. In practice, this makes it difficult to work in Outlook, as the addon is most of the time just not implementing anything

I like to address a task for one customer to my college but there is no field to address the tast to someone, What du I have to do?

Sync Business Center contacts
The Business Center apps contacts tab has a field to show whether a contact is a customer or a lead - this information seems not to be available anywhere in OCM, which makes using Business Center with OCM pretty much pointless. Surely, the fields should be synced.

duplicates
When loading business contacts (over 200) it has duplicated most of them. And to make matters worse you cannot delete more than one at a time. This has cost me hours and frustrated me to no end. I cant use this software because it is so bug filled I am scared that whatever I put into it may get lost or worse. Please fix ASAP.

Please add the option to change the date format to DD/MM/YY.
In Australia we use the date format DD/MM/YY as standard.
It is very confusing to be using Outlook in the email or calendar module with our standard date format and then to switch to OCM and have to deal with the dates in a MM/DD/YY format.
It is essential that the date formats match across these modules.

Integrate Contacts with Outlook for Android
You need to create a contact in Outlook desktop to trigger it to integrate with Outlook for Android. If you make a contact from the OCM workflow, it doesn't show up in OfA

Exporting business opportunities doesn't work (swedish version)
I would like to have an easy overview of opportunities, and just export selected opportunities. I get a message that Authorization is denied, but I have full rights.

Develop Printable VIEWS that allow Paper files of "COMPANY" and "CONTACT" details section and the "notes" section from current interfaces!
Develop a 1 page PRINTABLE view including all "Details" data and all "Notes" so that a paper file can be created for individual records - "CUSTOMER" or "CONTACT"! IE: A "snapshot page" similar to what could be printed from individual files in BCM!
