Outlook Customer Manager, a new Office 365 service, helps small businesses track and grow their customer relationships right within Outlook. It gives a complete view of interactions with each business contact, helps track tasks and deals in progress, and surfaces timely reminders—all next to your inbox. Outlook Customer Manager will be available at no extra cost to Office 365 Business Premium subscribers – beginning with those in First Release program and continuing worldwide in the coming months.   1. Visualization of Sales Funnel

    Since Outlook Customer Manager contains Deals Management including the categorization by different Stages, it would be consequent to offer a summary of deals sorted by the different Stages, such as a Sales Funnel. Additionally it would be helpful if the user could define his own Stages.

  2. Share with Specific Colleagues or Groups

    Share contact, deal, company, task, etc. with specific colleagues or groups. Right now "share" shares with the OCM O365 Group. Please expand this to other contacts and groups.

    Great feature! And iOS app is coming along nicely.

    appears to be some upper limit in number of All Contacts - I have 2000 and it causes the app to crash

    We require the function whereby a report can be generated between two dates to see all activity (calls, meetings, emails, etc) for all users during the specified period

    I can't see emails (relationship history) in shared deals and contacts. See only history of changes

    Right now it supports $. Would be great to be able to pick the currency when adding a deal.

    We currently support several currencies. To change the currency. Go to the deals tab in the module, on the amount column click on the pencil icon. Here you can select another currency. Let me know if this doesn’t meet your needs.

  10. hundred duplicates of business

    I'm trying to use OCM, but in a week the businesses I added are still in "update" status (rotating icon) and one business has been duplicated over 200 times, after I deleted it one by one, in a few operation it has been duplicated again 145 times.

    The others businesses are still locked in "update" status...

  11. Bulk Delete Data

    I have now had a chance to understand the optimal set up for my data and now would like to start with a clean database. At the moment the only way to do this is to individually delete each item, which is impractical.

  12. Editing Deal Stages

    There appears to be no way to edit the deal stage. One can only delete the stage, and reenter it. Presumably, this will invalidate the entry in all the deals.

  17. More field options when importing

    There were a lot more field options on BCM when importing Contacts, Companies and Deals. One major setup I have in using OCM, is that I cannot associate a number of fields to my contacts. Most importantly: Company, Mobile Phone and Category.

  18. Create a link back from a created task to the associated contact

    I can create a task in Customer Manager, with a due date, and the task appears with no problem in the task list. If I view the customer or the task list in the Customer Manager, I can see the associated task. However, when I open the task from the Outlook's Tasks, in the navigation panel, there is no way find out which contact it is linked to.

    I currently use the "Daily Task List" in the Calendar view. Currently, tasks created from the customer manager appear here, but it is impossible to find out who they are associated with…

  20. Mobile Client - Add separate tabs for companies and clients

    Please add separate tabs for contacts and companies in the mobile client. This just additional clicks for me to get where I want. If you decide not to add a separate tab then at least remember which segment was selected. Currently it always go back to Contacts.
