How can we make Outlook Customer Manager better?

Please can you include outgoing emails in the contact record, at present the contact record only has incoming emails

Include the outgoing and incoming emails for a contact in the contact level OCM record. At present only the incoming emails are included in the contact record - you have to go to the company record to see connected outgoing emails. Of course a company record could have many contact associated with it, so having outgoing emails only in this view makes little sense to me.

    This is now working at the contact level, I just tested it. However, it does not work at the deal level where it seems only incoming emails from a contact associated with a deal are shown. Need to fix that bit!

    Also, @ mentions should attach emails to a contact even if the contact's email address is not associated. using the @ mention feature auto adds that person's email address but often you may be talking about the contact or deal and want that conversation tracked against the contact record without the contact being included. Microsoft any feedback?
