Sharing of timeline information
When a contact is shared have thier timeline call log, notes etc appear for everyone to see. If my assistant takes a phone call and makes a note I would like to see that in the timeline when I review that contact. Thanks.
This is a necessary component of any CRM. I need to be able to see all communication between my teammates and each client.

I used to use BCM and the ability to see everyone's email communications with a customer was fantastic. I really think OCM needs this functionality as well.

Yes I agree! Please do this, this would be a HUGE benefit!!
