Sync Business Center contacts
The Business Center apps contacts tab has a field to show whether a contact is a customer or a lead - this information seems not to be available anywhere in OCM, which makes using Business Center with OCM pretty much pointless. Surely, the fields should be synced.
I also agree. Why would there be different contact information in different sections of O365?

Totally agree. The OCM should contain the master contact list for the company, which should feed up into the Business Centre for corporate marketing and communication initiatives.
