We have upgraded to E3 and lost our Customer Manager! How can we get it back please?
Customer Manager was lost in our upgrade to E3. We would like it back please! Thank you.
Adding in Voice (Domestic Calling) so as to enable better integration with upcoming changes to Teams and in so doing we had to upgrade our Bus Prem licenses to E3. We are a small business, now faced with using a third party CRM or a third party voice provider. Which do you recommend we use?

Need it for E3 now - can you at least update us on when??? I have to move to non-microsoft product if don't hear back
We need this feature in E3. It's ridiculous that we have to downgrade our subscriptions to get this feature.

You guys should sort by "TOP" and not "HOT" and you will see this feature has over 1,000 votes and it also shows Microsoft is working on it
E3 licenses are designed for the Enterprise or larger business user. Business Premium is designed to be for small businesses.
These plans are designed to work with these particular business models in mind.

Microsoft Admin, are there plans to make Outlook Customer Manager available to E3 Subscribers or do we need to downgrade.
Ironically this was one of the reasons we opened a 365 account in the first place.

Well you can't, there is literally no reason it won't work..
Just add a month trial of Business premium to your account.
Assign users just the contact manager licence along side your normal E3 and it will work fine... for a month till the trial runs out.
Or just buy some BP licences and then you can use it with the details as above..
MS just wants your money they don't actually care about you or the outcome of doing business with you..

It is not possible to add comment, contact, action or any other changes in new added companies. There is a comment (in Polish) that company is steal creating. It takes already 2 days.
We are seriously considering down grading our 18 E3 users to Business Premium in order to use this.
