was so excited to learn that Office 365 has its own CRM. as a small / medium business owner this is exactly what we need at the moment. I spent many hours trying to figure out why I couldn't see more detail on Customer Manager. So disappointed to learn that it is because I am using Office 465 on a Mac. Come on Microsoft, you know that many people use this product on a Mac. Unfortunately I am going to have to move to another CRM.

As mentioned below, I too am a Mac user and was incredibly excited for this add-on especially after watching the videos. I do not understand why they do not have caveat warning Mac users that they will not be receiving the full version. Additionally, I do not understand for the life of me why they do not have a web browser app on the cloud. This is so disappointing.

As many have posted here and elsewhere for the last two years, it's unthinkable that Mac users don't have full functionality. Just as others have stated, I watched the demos, and thought "This would be great for our team." NO mention of Windows users only, etc etc. It was part of our decision process to subscribe to O365 Business Premium. Very disappointing.

Please add this function to mac. We are paying the same price as Windows users to have products like this while we're not even getting half of it.

This is really disappointing. Just because Im using Mac, doesn't mean I don't get to fully take advantage of my subscription. Please have it available ASAP. We are paying for this!!!!!

Purchased Business Premium for the use of the OCM function within Outlook. I loved it before when I used a PC. However, there's was a reason I switched to Apple. As usual Microsoft false advertised on their packaging saying it was included and it isn't. Apple far more reliable company, I love Office Products but Microsoft has a lot to learn about quality.

I can't use the OCM function within Outlook on my Mac, but I'm paying for it in my monthly bill? C'mon Microsoft, not this old Apple/Microsoft incompatabability issue again? It's been a problem for more than a decade now... you need to get it fixed.

Please please please enable full functionality on Mac! I spent days researching a constituent manager, was thrilled to discover that what I needed was within Outlook, and then devastated to learn that it's not accessible for me.

There was no hint that there OCM is limited for Mac Users. We pay the same price as Windows User do - so i expect the same functions!
