Work in progress?
Is Outlook Customer Manager still an active project, or is it being dropped?
Please add a section that displays the most recent patch fixes/version updates of OCM and their corresponding release dates to the Feedback section of this site so that users can see what issues have been recently resolved and that OCM is still being developed and at what rate.
Here's our fundamental need that APPEARS to be in the product, but then again...not quite:
Three "objects" - People - Companies - Opportunities (Deals)
User should be able to link any objects to any other objects multiple ways. For example: find all the People that work for Company X, or find all the Companies associated Deal Y, or find all the People associated with Deal Z.

Opened OCM to add an email contact and some notes. Shows as 'loading'. Half an hour later it is still showing as 'loading'. By now i don't even remember what the notes I wanted to write were about. And it's always the same. The idea is exciting but the reality is poor. Very poor. Impossible to work with it.
any news ?
Admin - you said 'OCM is an active project' six months ago and nothing has moved since then. When are you going to deliver improvements that will make OCM work?

Microsoft Admin can you provide a link to the OCM product development road map so that we can see the direction MS is going with this project and whether your schedule is aligned with ours?
I'd also like some clarity as to whether it will be available on E3 anytime soon, and why it is not available now with that premium plan.

@Outlook Customer Manager
Is it though?
Top voted item by someway is add it to e3, I've tested it with e3 works as well as OCM work with BizP generally and yet a year on and its still not been added, I tested it with a trial BizP licence and just selected the OCM and it worked fine..
So how is this an active project?
The idea of OCM is fabulous! The reality right now is there is still a lot of fine tuning that needs to be done and it does not seem to be a priority. WHY??? Those of us who see the potential and have been waiting for OCM to be what it is capable of being are fading away and now searching for alternatives.

when will you make it available to Office 365 E3 plan!
hmmm...more like an active project with little to no activity. OCM is at best alpha grade software. User experience is a nightmare. The interface speed is like waiting for the earth to circle the sun. Sharing is a nightmare. If you want to have employees wasting countless hours of work time pulling their hair out trying to share a contact then OCM is for you. I have searched the web cannot find a single good review of this. It should dropped in its current form. Shame on you microsoft.
