There appears to be a slow-down or hang with large contact lists
The account using the OCM has a contact list with 5275 contacts. When going to the OCM add-in panel in Outlook 2016, it loads a small portion of those contact into view, and at the bottom of that list continues to show a "Loading" spinner.
You can search by name and find a contact using the search function, but if you try to search again the entire add-in hangs.
Hello, we released a fix two weeks ago for the add-in error issue which was making Outlook unresponsive in instances where there were large contacts. IS this the same issue you are seeing?
If it's not, then the contact list must load page by page and you would see a batch of contacts being retrieved as you scroll down the list. Could you please use the TechCommunity to report the issue with Search along with screen shots? Thank you. Appreciate reporting the issue.
