Outlook manages my business email and the email associated with another company (account). It would be helpful for all emails related to an contact be tracked. Currently on the business email associated with my Office 365 account is tracked.
I have found that the product has potential, but I feel it was rushed out of the gate with little time for proper testing and consultation. The help files are scarcely laid out and offer little help. If this is a product to be used as a light CRM, then it fails completely. I would be happy to provide further in depth feedback if wanted.
