At the moment the only way to create Reports utilising the Data you add to OCM is by downloading into Excel using the Export Button which produces a standard format Spreadsheet. Particularly from a Deal Management perspective it would make sense to be able to produce bespoke reports based on the data you wanted to see (as was available previously in BCM).

I've been considering outlook customer manager and searching for the report module because it's common sense to have that feature. I used that feature in the old Business contact manager over 8 years ago and really liked it making up my own categories. It actually worked well and I used it all the time until it was not usable anymore. I was looking forward to the new CRM, but without this feature, I'm not sure it will be as effective.
Where is the export button in Customer Manager?

Yes, standard reports as in BCM would be appreciated!
