Please Provide Documentation
I really, really want to like OCM but have had nothing but problems getting it working. If I could trust it, I'd be recommending it in a heartbeat to one of my clients, which would get them to subscribe to O365.
Shortcomings from the administration/setup point of view:
1) no real documentation to be found anywhere;
2) No information on scripting/custom imports.
3) No ability to import journals from older versions of Outlook.
As an admin, I need documentation. I hate having to open a support request because of general error messages. A FAQ is not sufficient.
