How can we make Outlook Customer Manager better?

Add support for Office 365 E3 and E5 tenants (as well as E1 and E2)

We have a team called government and public policy that would like to use this feature to track communication with certain important contacts. Please make this feature available for our Enterprise E3 tenant.

Working on it since 2016? An indication of an estimated delivery date or roadmap would be appreciated. This would suit many customers that do not require the bloat and complexity of a fully blown CRM platform.

Microsoft has made a lot of positive changes the past few years now... but I'm struggling to understand how we LOSE features when upgrading to a higher plan. Really need this functionality.

The last time I spoke to a Microsoft Rep they had mentioned it was coming soon. One of them even mentioned that it was already available but no luck. They say its coming soon but still no committed day. This is holding our business up and we're considering other options if no news from Mircosoft. The communication on this has been pretty poor from them.

MIcrosoft is deaf to any of this and we need to raise it up the flag by refusing to buy Office 365 or sell it until they abandon this FORCE into CRM (Bloatware for SMB)

This simply doesn't make sense! How can you pay more for an Enterprise Plan and not get the service/product that a lower plan has??

We are a 'Small business' and really want to see Outlook Contact manager released for E3 URGENTLY - we have been waiting for over 2 years

We were using this with Business Premium, only updated to E3 for access to more Skype and other premium security features and now cannot use this. Doesn't seem fair - please add back!!!!

Please roll this out now at least in Beta. Sunset of Business Contact Manager was a big surprise (unwelcome). Why delay if it is already up on another plan? Do we need to buy a second subscription of Business Premium until this is up for E3?

Please make outlook customer manager available for Nonprofit Enterprise E3, it would help a lot of charities out there

It is crazy that there isn't a simple CRM integrated into Office E plans. Please expedite introducing Outlook Customer Manager into them ASAP!

I cannot understand why it has taken so long to implement OCM for E-plans...
Can someone from Microsoft please provide an update on when this will be available?

We have tools for light CRM, but they are not Microsoft. Don’t take us out of O365 environment when we are spending high price on E5 package. Dynamics or Project is far far far too complex for us. There should be *something* for us to track tasks etc in E5 package.
