How can we make Outlook Customer Manager better?

Add support for Office 365 E3 and E5 tenants (as well as E1 and E2)

We have a team called government and public policy that would like to use this feature to track communication with certain important contacts. Please make this feature available for our Enterprise E3 tenant.

Why do customers learn to resent Microsoft? Because of answers that say, "We are exploring if running an O utlook add-on in Office 365 is TECHNICALLY feasible!' Isn't it true that Microsoft might be trying to figure out if it is profitable to enable the Add-on in an E3 and/or E5 subscription level? How stupid do you think we are? This type of response shows total disrespect for your customer base.

Working on it means what? As soon as possible means what? Look for some other CRM ... If Microsoft has not yet brought this to E3 by now ... we don't think it's in the pipe line. Why so long? It's been 18 months ... and we all know 18 months is a long long long time in IT!

We are a Microsoft partner and can't even test the customer manager within our E3 subscription. We use and sell E3 so that we can use O365 of RDS platforms yet no Customer Manager. We have clients that we still have to support with Business Contact Manager which we would desperately love to move to a more modern platform.

as partner its bad we can't test the customer manager within our E3 subscription. I think this is kinda ridiculous. then dont give us 5 E3 licences, but normal business licences.

Hi, do you have an ETA when Outlook Customer Manager will be available for Office 365 E3 licensed customers?

Is this just a dropped project at this point? We really need Customer Manger available for E3/5 or at least an option to purchase as an add on service.

        Hello MS,
Please update your status on this feature. More than 1700 votes and still nothing!
Some clients need E3 for compliance but need OCM for customer DB and sales tracking. Dynamics is too heavy for their infrastructure..
        Hope we'll have news soon..

Hello Microsoft, it looks like this has been in "WORKING ON IT" status for nearly 2 years. Do you have an ETA on when Outlook Customer Manager will be turn on for Office 365 E3 licensed customers?

Looks like Microsoft stopped monitoring this highly needed feature (based on number of votes compared to others in OCM's queue) - no responses from them to all of the questions regarding the almost 2-year delay. Very disappointing.
