How can we make Outlook Customer Manager better?

Timing in First Release

Hi, im on first release but no sign of add in-support today told me even on first release microsoft are not including everyone immediately?

        Very frustrated! We are on first release and have been waiting, like the others, for this release. Please advise when this product is going to be rolled out.

        Will OCM work in the UK? Also will it be compatible with Outlook Connectors such as Kerio, or will it require being on Officer 365 Mail/Calendar etc.

        Not seeing anything and it is Feb 3rd. Any update? Would love to see if this is a good option before buying other product!

        My understanding is that Small Business Premium has been discontinued; I had such subscription too and now I am on Business Premium.

        Is Office 365 Small Business Premium included also? I'm configured for first release and still don't have access.

        OCM icon appears in Outlook Add-Ins but I get a an "unavailable for your account" message after I sign in. Why?

        I have also been waiting since November 2016. I have been holding off purchasing SalesforceIQ because MS keeps stringing me along saying that I should receive it shortly being that I am on first release as well. Still nothing. I am contemplating pulling the trigger on Salesforce at $720 per year.
        Very Frustrating.

        The response back on 11/14 was that First Release would get it in weeks. It is now two months with no love in sight from Microsoft. Why is it so hard for Microsoft to just give out accurate dates so businesses can plan. Oh, wait a minute. . . Microsoft has targeted this product at small business.  I guess small businesses do not count in the overall scheme of things????

        12/18, i got my bookings, but still waiting for this. This is consider scam, almost a month but still don't get it

        Microsoft Scams customers again. I upgraded to premium to get this feature and still have not received the update.
