    We just upgraded our hardware and software. We chose to use Office Business Premium because of OCM. We've just discovered that it isn't functional for Mac. This information should have been readily available before we made our purchase.

    LET CUSTOMERS KNOW BEFORE YOU WASTE 4 OR MORE HOURS OF THEIR TIME WITH TECH SUPPORT.... THAT IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR MAC, AND NOT EVEN AVAILABLE AS A CLOUD BASED PRODUCT. SERIOUSLY.

    So much talk about transforming ICT from a cost centre to a business enabler and ICT companies cant get their act together to provide a simple CRM tool like this across platforms.
    This is a very short-sighted approach by Microsoft. I get it takes additional funds. I'm a Senior manager in a Shared Services government department, I know how budget is difficult, but this is like shooting your own foot.
    We have hundreds of graphic designers and arts people connected to our network who refuse to use Windows PCs and increasingly refuse to use Office. The level of software integration and collaboration we have in-house is impossible to reach with external partners precisely because of this short-sighted kind of approach.
    Microsoft can do better, they know how to do it, <Microsoft Teams> which is also part of Office 365 works as a charm on Mac. It's a matter of vision in my humble opinion.

    Hey Microsoft, vous êtes contradictoire. Vous développer une application Outlook Customer Manager uniquement disponible pour les Iphone et quand on est possesseur d'un mac, on a pas accès à la pleine page OCM avec les offres commerciales. S'il vous plaît réagissez car c'est pour cette option que nous avons acheté la version Microsoft office premium. Merci !

    Upgraded to Office for business premium believing it was fully functional on a MAC. Now learning the Outlook Contact Manager, (reason I upgraded) isn't supported on a MAC. Very disappointed

    Considering removing Office 365 from my business. Spent 2.5 hours trying to figure out the detailed view on Outlook for Mac. No mention of it not being available on the support pages I viewed. What a waste of time!

    Please please please give us the same features as Windows. I love the concept and am so frustrated that we can't use it as effectively on a mac

    Wanted: Full functionality on Mac.
    Today page, detailed view, search and find customers and deals.
    Why are these options not available for Mac users?

    Guys I spent three hours trying to Open the Today Page in Customer Manager on my Mac... that includes with help from Customer Support watching videos.. this was horrible. I feel like we are being punished because you guys don't like each other. Sad

    1. Give us similar features to the PC version
    2. Make it clear in documentation what the differences are between versions so I don't spend an hour trying to open a view that doesn't exist!

    This will be great when you roll it. Not only will I be able to cancel other services and save money; the time saving of having everything in one place will be huge. Then having access from anywhere I have the internet takes it to a whole new level! Please roll this out ASAP!
