Make Outlook Customer Manager available in Outlook Online (Outlook Web Acess)
With Office 365 Online apps and Dynamics 365 etc. It would make sense to make Outlook Customer Manager also available for Outlook Online. For example like a slide in form the right like Skype or Delve info.
468 votesWe enabled the side-by-side view in OWA. The module will follow.

Stand-alone interface
Is it possible to access a stand-alone interface where I can see all my contacts at once? Currently I am only able to access Customer Manager by clicking on the icon when I have an email selected, but I cannot see my entire database of contacts.
16 votesYes, you can see it. In the left corner, click on the three dots and find – Addins or Solutions. From here you can get a larger view of your contacts.
