With Office 365 Online apps and Dynamics 365 etc. It would make sense to make Outlook Customer Manager also available for Outlook Online. For example like a slide in form the right like Skype or Delve info.457 votes
We enabled the side-by-side view in OWA. The module will follow.

Good afternoon, it´s a question, not an idea. Can I import CRM data from other applications in Excel or any other format?
Thank you64 votes
We enable you to import data using csv files. You can find more information here: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Import-data-to-Outlook-Customer-Manager-0721a212-4ec7-4c20-b0c8-2c2b63380dcd
Currently the Business Contact Manager import (a previous Microsoft product) is not yet enabled. This will come soon.
Right now it supports $. Would be great to be able to pick the currency when adding a deal.30 votes
We currently support several currencies. To change the currency. Go to the deals tab in the module, on the amount column click on the pencil icon. Here you can select another currency. Let me know if this doesn’t meet your needs.
Is it possible to access a stand-alone interface where I can see all my contacts at once? Currently I am only able to access Customer Manager by clicking on the icon when I have an email selected, but I cannot see my entire database of contacts.16 votes
Yes, you can see it. In the left corner, click on the three dots and find – Addins or Solutions. From here you can get a larger view of your contacts. More information here : https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Get-started-with-Outlook-Customer-Manager-48331ce0-c356-4186-8987-c86676520dc7
