Outlook Customer Manager, a new Office 365 service, helps small businesses track and grow their customer relationships right within Outlook. It gives a complete view of interactions with each business contact, helps track tasks and deals in progress, and surfaces timely reminders—all next to your inbox. Outlook Customer Manager will be available at no extra cost to Office 365 Business Premium subscribers – beginning with those in First Release program and continuing worldwide in the coming months.   5. Share contacts with Microsoft Bookings

    I've recently started using Microsoft Bookings for my business. It would be great if there could be syncing of contacts/companies between the two.

  6. duplicates

    When loading business contacts (over 200) it has duplicated most of them. And to make matters worse you cannot delete more than one at a time. This has cost me hours and frustrated me to no end. I cant use this software because it is so bug filled I am scared that whatever I put into it may get lost or worse. Please fix ASAP.

  7. Universal Deal

    Please allow the creation of an optional UNIVERSAL Deal. A deal that can be linked to more than one contact or company.

    For example: I have 100 Contacts and/or Companies that all use the EXACT same deal. Rather than having to re-create that same deal 100 times, allow it to be linked to be a universal or shared deal.

  10. Within OCM have levels of permissions for access rights.

    Within OCM - be able to permit levels of permission for users. At the minute it is either private or public. Even better would be to have OCM within existing groups of office users, so therefore only certain users can see workflow for sales/projects etc.

  11. Add relationships link

    Each contact should be able to be assigned to a specific company and describe what the relationship is (such as auditor, vendors, payroll contact, etc)

  13. Duplicate contacts

    We are getting duplicates of all contacts in OCM.

    The extra contact seems to lack information regarding company or deals, but it is a hassle and creates confusion for the users.

  14. Can not delete custom columns

    Deleting a custom column really only hides it. If you try to create a column using the name of the previously deleted column, a message appears indicating that a column with that name already exists. This program needs a lot of work.

  15. Sync Business Center contacts

    The Business Center apps contacts tab has a field to show whether a contact is a customer or a lead - this information seems not to be available anywhere in OCM, which makes using Business Center with OCM pretty much pointless. Surely, the fields should be synced.

  17. Tasks editable only by user who enters them

    Although it is possible to enter tasks within OCM which are also viewable by other authorised users (if the Contact/Company/Deal is shared). The other users cannot edit the task, mark it as complete or see the end date. In addition if the task user marks it as complete other users still see the task as open. Ideally other users should be able to amend tasks, but at the very least should see completed tasks as completed.

  18. Column Filtering and drop-down menus

    As a database it is useful to be able to filter the data you input. It is currently possible to filter for the pre-determined columns, but not for user created columns. In addition for user created columns it would be useful (similar to some of the pre-defined columns) to be able to select a drop-down menu and pre-define the choices of text entry.

    Right now it supports $. Would be great to be able to pick the currency when adding a deal.

    We currently support several currencies. To change the currency. Go to the deals tab in the module, on the amount column click on the pencil icon. Here you can select another currency. Let me know if this doesn’t meet your needs.
