Outlook Customer Manager, a new Office 365 service, helps small businesses track and grow their customer relationships right within Outlook. It gives a complete view of interactions with each business contact, helps track tasks and deals in progress, and surfaces timely reminders—all next to your inbox. Outlook Customer Manager will be available at no extra cost to Office 365 Business Premium subscribers – beginning with those in First Release program and continuing worldwide in the coming months.   1. Add iPhone X support - various functions don’t work

    The start-up process is painfully slow and various functions don’t work. For example, there is no list of actions when you use the ‘+’ option under deals and the camera screen doesn’t activate when you use the ‘scan business card’ option under contacts.

  2. Import contacts and/or companies in bulk

    There needs to be a way to easily import bulk companies and/or contacts into OCM. I know this is a problem but couldn't see it as a suggestion in the ideas list unbelievably!

  3. Search/Magnifying Glass to do a global search

    When searching "All Contacts" it seems to only pull names, not companies as well. If I type in a company name, it should return all associated employees.

    When I open support and click on a link, I'm not able to back to last page.

  5. When task are complete, they should be removed from task count.

    When tasks are complete, the should be removed from Task count. An OCM Company may show 3 tasks but all are completed.

  6. offer fields

    Once an offer is created, I cannot complete the details and do not see the phase options. as this is hot, is there a way to re-install (repair) the application without loosing the data

  8. Sharing of timeline information

    When a contact is shared have thier timeline call log, notes etc appear for everyone to see. If my assistant takes a phone call and makes a note I would like to see that in the timeline when I review that contact. Thanks.

  9. Mass delete of Companies and other bulk data - Data Reset or Clean Sweep Option

    Mass Delete of Companies and other bulk data - Reset Option. I've been working with OCM for about a week and believed I was ready to import 2100 companies from another CRM. Unfortunately, I did not get the new list columns right and need to clear all current companies but there's no option I'm aware of to do so.

  11. creation of companies and contacts

    I created a company and wanted to add a new contact. I got a message this was not possible because the application had to register the company.
    So I created the contact separately

    after an hour when I want to link the two entities, it is still not possible because the company must be recorded. Is it expected?

  12. Can complete information on offers

    The basic fields are completed with few custom fields on my side. My colleague created some additional phases on his side

    The offer is created but it is not possible to see the phase choices nor to complete the custom fields.

  13. One contact with multiple deals isolate emails

    I have a contact that I work with on multiple deals, I would like to isolate each email based on its appropriate deal. I would also like to ensure that emails that are not related to any specific deal are not shown on any deal.

  14. Sync Business Center contacts

    The Business Center apps contacts tab has a field to show whether a contact is a customer or a lead - this information seems not to be available anywhere in OCM, which makes using Business Center with OCM pretty much pointless. Surely, the fields should be synced.

  17. I would like to open OCM from a contact's page, by finding a contact (in people) and then clicking an icon to find all the linked actions

    Generally if I want to find out where I am upto regarding a particular contact I would go to that person's file (Contact page). But in OCM the OCM icon does not appear on the ribbon when in the contact page. this is crazy.
    If I want to know who I need to call next, I can go to tasks, and there is the task and there is the icon for OCM, but if I want to know what I need to do next for Joe Dole, the icon is not there.
    COntact management MUST be contact focused, NOT activity…

  18. Why doesn't OCM allow me to click the tab, from contact file?

    When I want to make an entry, I want to start from the contact file. but then OCM icon is not available. It makes no sense to find the contact, then have to highlight the email address, or make as if I want to email,. and then from the email page click the OCM icon, in order to open the OCM.
    Please sort this as a matter of urgency.

  19. It is not possible to ad or change a post (Contacts and Business) ---waiting ...

    It is not possible to ad or change a post (Contacts and Business) --- error message : we are still working with creating the post . When I close it is not saved. We cannot use this aplication for business :-(

  20. We have upgraded to E3 and lost our Customer Manager! How can we get it back please?
