Outlook Customer Manager, a new Office 365 service, helps small businesses track and grow their customer relationships right within Outlook. It gives a complete view of interactions with each business contact, helps track tasks and deals in progress, and surfaces timely reminders—all next to your inbox. Outlook Customer Manager will be available at no extra cost to Office 365 Business Premium subscribers – beginning with those in First Release program and continuing worldwide in the coming months.   2. Create Profiles, Create Groups of coworkers who can interact with de data en OCM

    Allow permission and to create certain profiles for the users. Allow to share o delegate task to another co-worker.

  3. customize column views (contacts)

    Need to be able to have a better overview of my contacts. Best was is to at least allow me to select different views, such as selecting which columns are shown in which order. For example being able to quickly sort which contacts are shared or not.

  4. Create a filter option for timeline to separate event notes, phone calls, and emails.

    When you log an event note on the timeline, it is difficult to find when you want to review over time. The manager logs all emails, etc to the timeline and if you do not know the specific date you met with a customer, you have to scroll through the entire timeline just to look back on your notes. I am hoping you can develop a filter function under companies to differentiate events, calls, and emails.

    When i have more active deals in the same time period for a customer, it should ben possible to separate the email communication for this customer in the different deals.

  6. Add Labeling and Filter Ability to Timeline items

    Dont abandon it! I am making a significant investment in using it -
    This is one of the most compelling and sickiness features of o365 - don't abandon it or look to hold us ******* later with an upcharge - and I say that as a life long MSFT user (Windows 286 anyone?) and fan and partner.
    Please add contact integration with your Outlook phone client for android - currently to see the contact there you need to "add " the contact to the regular outlook address book on the pc, regardless of what you do in OCM.

  7. Need additional address lines as standard

    There MUST be AT LEAST one, but perhaps the option to have TWO or more address lines AS STANDARD in OCM. It is inconceivable that OCM has been designed to only have one line for street address. Currently I can see fields for (a) address (b) town (c) County/region (d) Postcode and (e) country. I have decades of experience in managing data and this is hopelessly inadequate.   8. Develop Printable VIEWS that allow Paper files of "COMPANY" and "CONTACT" details section and the "notes" section from current interfaces!

    Develop a 1 page PRINTABLE view including all "Details" data and all "Notes" so that a paper file can be created for individual records - "CUSTOMER" or "CONTACT"! IE: A "snapshot page" similar to what could be printed from individual files in BCM!

  9. Please add a "Website" into contact

    In the contact card, there is phone number, email address, and physical address, but not a place for a website. I always review a new customer's site before sending out an email and often look again when checking in current customers to see whats new.

    In CRM when we create a new column can we move it to a new location?

    Once you create a column and added fill ins make those part of the drop down.

    Make it able to modify while in the contacts view.

  14. Create a auto populate field option

    Most data collection and it’s big it’s challenge is the variance of labeling or naming Dats entry.

    I’ve got a customer and love the auto complete searching history of entries in this field and providing options as characters are typed into the field.

    as improvements are made and added and users like myself would already have existing custom fields will there be an ability to add and remove fields as I believe you’re limited to 25 can you clarify if that’s correct and does that relate to simply deals or contacts customers and deals ?
