Outlook Customer Manager, a new Office 365 service, helps small businesses track and grow their customer relationships right within Outlook. It gives a complete view of interactions with each business contact, helps track tasks and deals in progress, and surfaces timely reminders—all next to your inbox. Outlook Customer Manager will be available at no extra cost to Office 365 Business Premium subscribers – beginning with those in First Release program and continuing worldwide in the coming months. Allow for multiple groups of OCM data. useful for subdevisions or companies split into multiple organizational units.

Customer lists
Provide a Customer Lists feature, similar to the OWA People Contact Lists feature. Create a named Customer List that is available to everyone in the same team. Be able to assign a customer already in the Customer Manager to one or more Customer List. The customer should have the team access as the Customer List.

Allow Customization or Renaming of things like "Company" to "Accounts".
Please allow the ability to customize the names of major categories. For example: "Deal" to "Policy" and "Company" to "Account". This was OCM can be used for a broader variety of businesses. My business doesn't offer "deals", but I'm using that category to keep track of policy information.

Please can you include outgoing emails in the contact record, at present the contact record only has incoming emails
Include the outgoing and incoming emails for a contact in the contact level OCM record. At present only the incoming emails are included in the contact record - you have to go to the company record to see connected outgoing emails. Of course a company record could have many contact associated with it, so having outgoing emails only in this view makes little sense to me.

Universal Deal
Please allow the creation of an optional UNIVERSAL Deal. A deal that can be linked to more than one contact or company.
For example: I have 100 Contacts and/or Companies that all use the EXACT same deal. Rather than having to re-create that same deal 100 times, allow it to be linked to be a universal or shared deal.

Scan business card from the mobile app
The obvious feature missing from the OCM mobile app is to snap a photo of a business card and it gets stored as a contact in OCM.

Sharing of timeline information
When a contact is shared have thier timeline call log, notes etc appear for everyone to see. If my assistant takes a phone call and makes a note I would like to see that in the timeline when I review that contact. Thanks.

Allow Disabling of "Focused" feature in OCM
Please create a SETTINGS page for OCM and allow customization, such as disabling the "Focused" feature. Similar to how "Focused inboxes" can be disabled in Outlook.
Focused isn't a useful feature for my business. It's actually distracting.

Automatically share the full time line of shared contacts.
My colleagues need to see the last time someone was in contact with our contacts and see the content of the communication. The sharing of time line information (mail, calls, notes etc) is essential for this product.

We have a team called government and public policy that would like to use this feature to track communication with certain important contacts. Please make this feature available for our Enterprise E3 tenant.
