I am using outlook app on my laptop as a part of the office bundle. You should add one more tab in outlook to add emoticons, which you can create with lot many emotions to be displayed and i guess the direct clue is from a tool which earlier existed called smiley central. Emoticons these days are the very fundamental way to express your emotions and lot many times you would like to add while sending emails even if it is official in nature! I strongly feel that features like emoticons add the overall communication capacity of the content!
