Fix recipient auto complete.
Recipient auto complete in Outlook Office 365 is severely lacking. Only a few of the most commonly used names of hundreds are referenced, requiring a hunt and peck search to find the correct recipient(s). In all other email providers recipient addresses are instantly presented. Why not this Windows product?

Order by first name in Calendar
Please could we sort by first name in the shared calendars? It can be hard to remember everyone's surname. Would be helpful to have the option to do this

Bug report - Local Inbox Sync
With irritating regularity, Outlook will not actually sync my local inbox - even after the 'Synchronize Now' button is used multiple times.
In these scenarios, I can attempt to quit and restart outlook (I frequently need to force quit), but the inbox still won't actually sync. If I want to actually receive new messages, I need to fully reboot my machine for outlook to pick up new messages. Force-syncing doesn't resolve the issue, quitting / force-quitting and re-starting Outlook doesn't solve the issue, only rebooting the machine does.
I am running on an up-to-date version of Mojave, and I keep…

Reading pane to right - folders and conversation view
With reading pane set to the right and mails viewed as conversation, it would be very useful to see in the right pane list also the mails sent.
At the same time the mail list in the left, when developed, should show also the mails sent and those located in folders.
The folder name where each mail of the conversation is located should appear in this list.
This functionality is available on outlook.office.com3 votes -
Fix search results UI so that panel (once again) looks like inbox
Yesterday, Outlook for Mac 16.35 (20020507) began showing search results as a long list of truncated titles and dates. This is useless. I have to click on each-and-every one to view the message in the right pane (the UI does not expand the middle, search results, pane).
Search should "filter" emails and maintain the view I am using in my InBox! That's what it WAS doing before this update.
OH. And there is no "Feedback" option in the Help menu. Which is why I've resorted to UserVoice.

Add Outlook to Share Menu (Extensions), for Mac
Have Outlook added to the 'share' menu (under Extensions) in System Preferences. It's time-consuming, and annoying to constantly have to drag files to Outlook — as opposed to being able to sending them via Outlook under the 'share' option. This is a must for businesses, that email a lot of attachments. Thanks.

Fix direct entry of appointments in calendars
It used to be possible to drag a time range in a calendar, and then type in the title of the appointment right there. Now, after dragging the time range, it just says 'New Appointment', and I have to double-click to open the entry and add a title.

Tally number of accepts, denies, etc on meeting invites
In Windows Outlook, as a meeting organizer, you can open the appointment and see the total number of accepts, denies, tentatives and no responses. This is extremely useful for anyone organizing a work event and needing a head count.

Mail Vault - a Hardened Folder with Enhanced Privacy, Security and Encryption
Feature: Vault Folder
I want a "vault" folder with hardened encryption, access and authentication.
Imagine similar features to [OneDrive's Personal Vault](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2019/06/25/onedrive-personal-vault-added-security-onedrive-additional-storage/). Essentially I want similar features in Outlook.
Core Business Requirements
The core concepts of this suggested folder feature:
- Hardened encryption at rest
- Effective privacy enhancements
- Lockable, auto-lock and timeout
- Additional authentication
- Secure multi-factor authentication options
Nice to See
I would rather see some Vault-like feature than none.
To see this implemented "right" in my own view would need- Recovery Key Management
- Strong Open Cryptography
- Strong MFA
- Inhibited Access
- Exfiltration Protection
- Access Restrictions
- Privacy by Default
- Secure Development …

Prevent dark mode from changing colors in email messages.
I had sent a test email from Mailchimp that displayed colors that upon viewing in dark mode had changed from what I had originally selected in my browser. Outlook 16.27 on OS X 10.14.5

Consistent naming across platforms and products
You've just changed the name of Trash in Outlook Mac to Rubbish but it's called Deleted Items via the portal. In some apps you call Teams, Groups and so it goes on.

Add "Join" button for well-known conference services
My meetings are generally on Skype for Business, Teams, GoToMeeting, WebEx, and Zoom. Very often, the URL is embedded within the notes portion of the meeting invitation.
If the meeting is for Skype or Teams, there's a "Join" button in the reminders window and also when I click on the meeting in the calendar. It would be nice if Outlook would recognize other well-known meeting services and do the same so that I don't have to open up the meeting invitation to get to the link.

Give the ability to designate a default _sender_ address not just a default _reply-from_ address
Give the ability to designate a default sender address not just a default reply-from addr. I have both personal and work e-mail on my office computer which is acceptable use in my company. However, Outlook chooses the sender depending on what message I have currently selected. There is no way to specify that mail should always be sent from my work address. This has resulted in me accidently sending potentially sensitive company information through my Google mail. In addition to the potential security problem this represents, having the wrong sender confuses people from my company. Please help me stop getting…

Add BCC when creating a mail merge from Word. Currently there is no way to add BCC field when creating a mail merge on a Mac vs PC
Similar to a PC running windows, really need the ability to add the BCC field when creating a mail merge. Cannot do this on a MAC.

sync categories across platforms and users
1) If user is on Office 365 and using Mac Outlook client, should be able to have ONE consistent set of Categories, using same names and colors. Not separate categories for each platform (i.e. local categories on Outlook Mac, network categories on Office 365 client).
2) Should be able to establish "system wide" categories for multiple (Office 365) users, so that different users can organize mail, calendar, to do items in agreed-upon categories.1 vote -

Allow Cmd + C and Cmd + V for mail attachments
attaching emails within the mails is very troublesome in Outlook Mac, there is no short cuts. I have to use drag and drop. Same applies for some file types too (e.g. pdf, jpg, pptx. .etc).
Just like Windows Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V for mail attachments, Request you to include similar feature Cmd + C and Cmd + V.
Appreciate for prioritizations.
