  1. Align create meeting feature with Windows

Windows: creating a new meeting invite from an email adds the entire email thread to the meeting invite.

Mac: using this feature removes the from, sent, to, and subject from the body of the meeting invite, making it look like you are the one who wrote the last email in the thread.

  4. Markers

The "checked markers" you can add when you have read or finished doing a task from mail, is grey and not so easy to see when you scroll down all your mail. Earlier they were green and much easier to see. I would like you to colour them again with an easy to spot colour!

  6. Don't change Date sort order when switching to another column sort

Have been using Outlook for Windows for 20+ years so I'm kind of stuck in my ways. Running Outlook for Mac 2016 v15.30 (170107).

Here's a problem that is slightly time consuming, so I'd like to see if I am doing something wrong,
I keep my mail sorted by date, "Z to A" (newest on top). Once in a while, for example, I want to see all messages from a co-worker, or all messages with the same subject (in the same folder). I click on the "From" or "Subject" header and the sort column is changed. That works well but....…

  10. Show my time zone for new meeting time

I frequently suggest new times for meetings thinking the calendar is showing my time zone, then I end up with a meeting much earlier than I would like.

It would be better for me to see my time zone when proposing new meeting times.

  11. Email attachment temp directory volatility

Address the issue where email attachments are saved, then opened from a temp directory when accessed from email directly. If the user makes changes to the attachment and attempts to save the file, the default save location is the same parent directory as the attachment. That temp directory's contents are deleted when Outlook quits which can be a problem when the user doesn't realize where they're saving and save the file to the temp directory. Later when looking to access the file they can't because the file has been deleted.

  12. Saving emails

Just like Outlook for Windows, can we have an option to save / export individual emails to .msg files or any other extension that works?

  14. Allow Blocking Sender's domain

Outlook 2016 for the Mac currently allows you to Block the sender of an email (right-click on message and select Junk Mail>Block Sender). Very often I will get junk emails from many people at the same organization and would like the ability to right-click on the message, select Junk Mail and select "Block Sender's Domain".

Now that Outlook 2016 syncs this info with Office 365 I will sometimes look at my blocked sender's list in O365 and see that it has a ton of addresses in it. This could be reduced/alleviated by being able to block entire email domains.

  15. OSX Outlook 2016 Pasting from Webpage to New Email

    Apple OSX - Outlook 2016

Copy and paste from webpage HTML to composed HTML message loses style/css. I would suggest exploring enhancement to the rendering. Including pasting of table boarders, center align, and text formatting.

  16. Approvals from Mac

The ability to approve messages is not currently supported on Mac. When a message comes through requiring approval, I'm forced to log on to OWA or find a PC to approve the message.
