Alert user with a popup when a message is stuck in outbox & not sent
It should be extremely obvious to the user when a message was not sent for some reason (attachment size, etc)–not just by the number of messages indicated in "Outbox". This directly impacts the reliability of the service and my reputation as a business owner.
I have a client whose outlook is stuck with an alarm that says, total attachment size exceeds the limit. We have turned on OFFLINE mode, but all emails in the outbox are deleted that triggered the error. Regardless, this seems to continue to be an alarm. Computer has been quit, shut down, trash emptied. We have visited the server online directly to ensure nothing is sitting there - nothing is. But the alarms keep coming. Nothing in drafts.
