Make Ribbon/Toolbar configurable
The quick access toolbar and the ribbon bar need to be configurable.
They contain buttons which are never used (e. g. "Print" – who prints out emails?!) or buttons are inconveniently placed.

Please bring back the color ribbon bar/titlebars too. It was way easier to remember what App I'm in (Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook) when I could just see the color. Now they're all so similar-looking...

Need to be able to shift common use icons to left and remove those we NEVER use.

Agree. We need to be able to configure applications to suite our needs.

I agree! It is lame that there are no options for customizing the toolbar for Mac. Especially not being able to add/move the security button near the send button so that it can be quickly changed depending on whether you need to encrypt or not.

Please make this happen! I want a simple, lean, uncluttered (i.e., UN-MICROSOFT) toolbar. I desperately and immediately want to remove buttons like OneNote and Salesforce – two apps I will never, ever use – from my ribbon.
