Remove "From" field or remove send-as list
When you add a shared calendar to Outlook 2016, the calendar/person also appears in the "From" dropdown menu when composing a new email. This is confusing for many users.
This problem still exists. Any news about solving it?
Either I should be able to modify the “from:“ list by myself,
or the field should just appear when i'm a proper delegate with rights to send mails in the name of the other person.
This adds unwanted email address in the From field. Please add functionality to remove the email addresses. Outlook for Windows has had this for years.

Please do repair this issue - this causes a lot of confusion, especially for non-technical users.

This is a significant issue for individuals with multiple shared mailboxes and calendars. There needs to be a way to prevent this.

This "feature" is pointless unless you are set up for delegate access or similar. Seems like an oversight.
Yes, remove this. It does have business impact as we now have to train our staff to try to understand the consequences of this insanity. There is no good rationale for this. Please change this.
Присоединяюсь к предыдущим ораторам. Странное поведение Outlook,,пожалуйста, исправьте это.
Highly confusing for users - please work on altering the UI to hide this function if the person isn't actually a delegate of the inbox in question.

This behaviour is so annoying - would really appreciate this being corrected, along the lines suggested by firstname.lastname@example.org

This is not a good behaviour - please remove this.
Yes, this is terrible and doesn't make any sense. I don't have the ability to control the other person's account (or send email from it), I am only viewing their calendar. Please remove this "feature," or at least add an option to preferences to hide the "from" field when composing email messages altogether.
