We really need the quicksteps, I don't understand why we can't have this super usefull feature on Mac : they are synchronised by the Microsoft account

This is super important, makes work so much faster.
I lost productivity and have to use my mouse so much more than before wiht unnecessary moving of emails, while it can be done on they keyboard -

Just wanted to link this to an earlier QuickSteps request which has an additional almost 1500+ votes: https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/293343-outlook-for-mac/suggestions/8906374-quick-steps
Hopefully they change their mind and add it to Mac.

Just a thought for a workaround. You can use apple script and keyboard shortcuts to accomplish, even a bit more efficient. For example, I have a script that I hit "Ctrl-Enter" and it brings up the move command. I think just type the first couple letters of the folder name and hit enter. It is extremely efficient.

The ability to mark items as 'Done' (marks an email as complete, moves it to a folder, and marks it as read) is essential to my daily workflow.
