  1. Move Window Search Criteria

My typical organization process is to take email received and move them to Outlook folders under 'On My Computer'. Typically I might have a folder structure such as:
    \Vendors\Dell\Support
    \Vendors\Microsoft\Support
    \Vendors\Godaddy\Support
    etc, etc, etc.

The search field in the Move Window (Cmd+Shift+M) does not support the hierarchy in the search field. For example you cannot search for 'Dell\Support' or 'Godaddy\Support'. You can only search for Support, which list all locations that has a Support subfolder. You can't narrow the search by being more definitive in your criteria.

I would be very help to be able to provide a more granular…

  3. Archive Folder renaming and/or reassignment

Allow users (or Exchange administrators) to rename and/or reassign the Archive folder in Outlook for Mac on Office 365 with Exchange. System currently allows for a one time only set-up on first use (with no room for error). Once set system does not allow corrections/changes.

  4. Remove the Unsubscribe button at the top for all subscription based emails

There is an annoying feature that appears for some emails- an "Unsubscribe" button that appears below the sender-subject-retention policy header. I'd like the option to turn this off or remove it.

  5. Ability to load email images per sender

I'd like the ability to add senders to a list that will allow images to be automatically loaded in their emails. I don't want to have to add a sender to my address book for this to work. Basically, I'm looking for a feature that Gmail has. :)

  6. Dashboard

A dashboard indicating new, flagged up, categorized emails, a calendar showing upcoming meetings, tasks would be a nice to have feature. On startup, it should show this dashboard.

  7. Develop an "add note" feature for invitees to Outlook calendar appointments/meetings.

Let's say I've been invited to a meeting. I want to be able to keep track of questions I have, ideas to bring up, agenda items to propose, etc. just so I won't forget them. Items should be visible only to me.

  8. I suggest you offer available meeting slots to include in an email.

As on Outlook iOS App please let me quickly select available meeting slots when scheduling a meeting with an external person.

  9. Recoverable Items support

It would be nice to be able to access the recoverable items folder from the Outlook for Mac client. This feature is available in the Windows and web clients.

  11. Provide an option to customize Autotext in Outlook

AutoText can be customized in MS Word (enable/disable, edit single entries, enable/disable display tip for AutoText, ...). In Outlook for Mac this is missing. AutoText is always enabled with no option to edit the list entries or to enable/disable the tip display.

  12. Be careful on ressources usage

Outlook for Mac is consuming too much ressources. On a macbookpro 15" 2015 i7 16go it consumes 50% of CPU and make fans work.

  13. Be able to create personal notes within an email

It would be nice to be able to create notes within an email for personal use/reminder.

The idea is to have an Icon next to the other Trash, Archive and Flag Icons.
When you click on Notes Icon it pops up and you can make notes or see your notes about that email.

  15. Give an indication of the order of updates. If Mac OS has a security update and Office for Mac has updates. Do the OS upgrade FIRST..

The Office for Mac update description in the Office for Mac should draw attention to the possibility of corrupting the SQL Lite data base if the Office updates are performed prior to a Mac OS Security (or Other?) update.

  16. Meeting preview should show date.

In Mail view, when a message is previewed that is a meeting invitation, the preview should show the day and date and not just the contents of the day.

  17. Add BCC when creating a mail merge from Word. Currently there is no way to add BCC field when creating a mail merge on a Mac vs PC

Similar to a PC running windows, really need the ability to add the BCC field when creating a mail merge. Cannot do this on a MAC.

  18. Fix issue with contact address

I have always been able to add and address in the contacts and now all of a sudden I go to add a new contact today and it's no longer there. Please fix this. I can't operate my business without being able to add addresses.

  19. show meeting response icon in inbox

In some recent update (I'm on insider fast), the inbox stopped showing whether invite responses were acceptances or declines - now I have to click on each one to see. Please bring back the icons that show whether the reply accepted the meeting

  20. Make STORE available in Outlook for Mac

I want to be able o utilize add-ins that allow me to insert frequently used phrases. This is available to PC Outlook 365 users, but not Mac Outlook 365 users. Please change!
