Outlook for Mac - Business

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Allow Notes to sort descending by 'Date Created'

    When clicking on the 'Date Created' header while viewing the Notes list, notes are sorted in ascending order. When clicking the header a second time, the 'Date Created' header indicates descending order (with the downward-pointing arrow), but the notes are still sorted in ascending order.

    • Extra blank lines in Notes between Mac and Windows

      I'm using Office 2016 (Outlook) on both Mac and Windows. Whenever I edit a Note on the Mac, I get extra blank lines when I view the note from Windows.

      Saving a Note from the Mac also changes the background color from yellow to white.

        Online Archive is not avaialble for Notes. When switching between windows and Mac i need to access these notes
