  1. Sync Contacts with Apple Contacts app

EWS is blocked for OS X at most companies because it presents the potential issue of data leakage.

Many companies are taking advantage of Intune's conditional access, but until conditional access supports EWS, many companies disable EWS. Companies do this because EWS sidesteps conditional access when abled and allows all email/calendar/contacts to be downloaded to a devices without any way for the company to enforce security policies simultaneously.

On OS X, it is important to have your contacts in the Apple Contacts app because a Mac basically functions like a cell phone with the ability to make/receive phone calls and…

    • Ability to import Outlook for Mac 2016 contacts into Office 365

I currently have all of my contacts in Outlook for Mac 2016 (since upgrading my home O365 apps) and my company has purchased Office 365 for business. I wish to to import all of my contacts from Outlook for Mac 2016 into Office 365 but O365 does not support importing .olm files, nor does it support the import of the CSV file created when I export People from my personal O365 web version of contacts...

      • Import / Export Options

Export multiple contacts to a single vCard so it can be imported into Gmail or iCloud. In other words upgrade vCard to be standards compliant.

        • Allow changing the default fields that show when viewing contacts.

Allow changing the default fields that show when viewing contacts. I always want to see "Job Title" by default.

          • Make autocomplete of addresses favour the people you actually email

I work for a large company with a big directory of people. However, I only ever really need to send emails to a dozen or so different addresses.

For some reason Outlook doesn't autocomplete from my address book, it defaults to the company directory.

For example, when I try to send an email to my colleague Adam, I type Adam and the autocomplete selects some other Adam that I've never heard of rather than the one I email everyday.

Surely it would make sense to select the 'Adam' that I email most?
