Suggest a 'followup' feature:

-Allow me to flag an email with "Monitor for Reply"
-If I have not received a reply from somone on "To" line within a certain # of day, Outlook pops up a reminder that "You did not receive a response. Send reminder?"

It would be great to have Insights when sending mail from a distribution group or security group. Currently we send monthly Newsletters to partners across Microsoft and are unable to track the success rate of these with out moving to a CRM or dynamics.

When I open Outlook, only one default calendar opens. I keep four opened most days and would like those same calendars to open each time like it does in the web client

The docx, pptx, xlsx attachment can be directly previewed in Outlook, however, PDF cannot. You may use Edge as the keneral to let us be able to see the PDF file more quickly.

When receiving a forwarded email, A) logically separate emails/collapse email participants listed in the body of the message--rather than list participants multiple times and in plain text, and B) allow for lookup of those participants.

We frequently write invites where we reference the day time of the meeting in the body. It would be cool if we could use a variable here so that when we're working with other time zones or if the meeting time changed, the body of the invite would update

Sometimes people reply to an email at the same time and responses get lost or I take a long time to reply but I would like to let people know I am formulating a response. It would be nice to show a "Reply in progress" indicator to others on the thread.

Show a warning when an attachment has some sort of privacy restriction that will prevent the recipient from opening the file, e.g. if a document is flagged as "Microsoft Confidential" and I am attempting to send it to a 3rd party-- I should get a warning.

Allow to manually save a layout to quickly snap to it. (and triggers that automatically make the chnge in view) For example, based on device orientation display email body either split right or split bottom

When scheduling a meeting, have Outlook check the participants' timezone, and alert the organizer if the meeting time is outside of any of the participants' working hours

Show "loal timezone" and time difference in contact info
this should be an opt-in if the person allow location tracking
Helps with a globally distributed team to understand what time it is at the other person's end

It would be helpful if I could sort Deleted Items by date deleted, as I usually know when a mail was deleted as opposed to when it was sent.

The day contrast pointing to current time on weekly view is suboptimal. The white line causes me to look at the prior date. options a) have white line under current only or b) put an arrow at the end pointing to the curent appointment vs a circle.

Outlook Task not working properly with To Do Integration, Subtask is missing when it is synced to Outlook

as in outlook you added the "send all" option, you could add the "receive everything" option

I have a long list of saved calendars, it would be useful if there was a search function on this or even sorted A-Z

When selecting text on creating emails (e.g. Ctrl-A) containing hyperlinks (e.g. http://www.microsoft.com) and choosing text color "automatic" should not change the hyperlink color
